Great experience

Anthony was extremely helpful & patient. He took the time to walk us through the whole process. The moment we walked in & greeted by him, we knew we'll be well taken cared of...very warm & personable which tells us he loves what he does. Been to a lot of car dealerships scouting for the right car & Anthony is by far the best we've encountered. Anderson was great too & helped us lot with the finance process. They're both keepers!

John Duran

John Duran is the most awesome sales person there! So helpful and kind. He helped me with every step of the way in buy a new car. He helped from getting giving me update every single day even at night when I would call. PLEASE if you ever need a new car go see John Duran!!!

Sorry to learn that Bill had retired, but David stepped right in and ensure our service was performed without missing a beat. Great Service

Kyle Hamilton and Mathew Cohen did an excellent job. They were honest and very professional. We shopped around to other dealers and they came up with the best price and the best overall experience. Everything about the process was first class. I don't know how other dealers can compete with AutoNation if others on staff are like Kyle and Mathew.

Most honest technician I have ever experienced. Rather than encouraging me to spend a substantial amount of money on repairs outside the scope of the original requested repairs, the technician brought me to the vehicle and showed me several upcoming necessary repairs and explained that the vehicle is beyond its economic life. Chances are extremely high that I will replace my Lexus with a Toyota from your dealership.

Toyota Service in Buford GA

I went to your Toyota dealership on Monday 7/10/17. The lack of attention by your crew was amazing. There were 5 crew members in your garage talking to each other but no one asked me, for 5 minutes, if I needed any help. I finally approached someone who with a smart aleck response told me to go around the cars parked there. I was advised that one of the cars had been stuck there for more then a couple of days. I truly wasn't impressed with Toyota's service.

There is a reason it has mall in the title

The sales rep I spoke with was professional right up until I suggested that the price of their used car was overvalued. I showed her multiple cars online listed several thousand below her list price. She told me I didn't understand how car buying works and that those must have been in accidents. When I pressed for her to pull the carfax she said they dont have access but about five minutes earlier had showed me carfax on the car I was looking at. Their no negotiation policy i s put in place to protect them from losing money ever, which in their defense I would do the same but still leaves a gross over estimate on most of their used inventory with a take it or leave it mentality. I can find another car with minimal effort and not be talked down to by the sales person.
