I've never seen a service department operate in such a thoroughly smooth and efficient manner. My service representative and. Ms. Labord was a total professional. I've owned Toyotas for over 30 years and my next one will be purchased there.

Why require appointments
Made an appointment to have the initial 5000 mile check up. It took just less than 3 hours to have this done. Totally unacceptable for me. Only explanation given was they were very busy. Why require appointments if you can't control how busy you will be?

The worse service in Atlanta
Last year I heard some noise under the hood on my truck. After opening the hood I found a Pennzoil oil container that was left under my oil filter, the last service supervisor's a decent person and he fix the terrible situation. I went last weekend to do the services and the new services manager don't have any knowledge of customer service, All his team treating people like animals, or even worse, I don't recommend anybody to do services in that dealership.

unsatisfactory
Waited 3 hours for a service and tire rotation. I worked in transportation for 20 years and we could service a truck and replace all 10 tires in less time than it took for your service department to change the oil. Although I bought your service package , when I bought the car, I would rather pay someone else to do my maintenance than to come to your shop and wait 3 hours for you to do it for the coupon. The ride out there and your service is not worth the cost on my nerves to come back. Thank You. By the way I live in Carnesville, Ga. but as usual your survey will not take that as an address.

Excellent Service
The gentleman "Maps" who has obviously been with Toyota a long time, was so very helpful on questions I had about my Tundra. Excellent representation!! I like the fact they do not try to sell me every filter, etc. I refer them on a regular basis for both sales and service. My son just bought a Tacoma. Great Dealership
