There are computers in the waiting area that are not working, and none of the two employees that I ask for help were able to help me. So is better not have them there. I get there for my service with appointment on time, I was in the express line waiting, another car gets in the other line and one employee went to help that car first...I didn't like that When I ask the person that was helping me how long it takes for my car service to be done, i was told about an hour, after an hour and a half I went to ask if my car was ready , and I was still park, I took 45 more minutes. I'm glad they offer the shuttle van, that works perfectly.
