Frustrating Experience
We moved to GA almost 2 years ago. We were happy with the Toyota Dealer in our previous place, so naturally we chose AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia as our new car dealer. We kept hearing noise for almost a year. They looked at our car twice. They replaced a rusty clamp for the problem at first, as well as doing other repairs. It did not solve the problem. The second time they couldn't find anything wrong. During this period Toyota sent us extended warranty for some noise, but we were told the warranty did not apply to our car. For the third time, I insisted there was a problem with our car, and finally one of their best technicians (according to the Service Advisor) found the major problem which would cost $5000 to repair. I decided it was time to replace my car. I was told by the sales rep and his boss that I had to buy a new car ?that day? if I wanted the fee for our old car?s problem diagnosis deducted from the price of the new car. I feel I was pushed to buy a new car without enough time to compare the different models. The story didn't end there. My new car did not come with the floor mats. Fortunately the customer service acknowledged and quickly ordered the mats for us.

Bad Customer Service!!!
I waited more that two hours and they did not do oil change and diagnostic testing!!!!! Their services used to be good, but not anymore!

Horrible service experiment!!!!!!
I was there on Aug 22nd, 2016 for oil change and diagnostic testing. Waited more than two hours, and they did not get any job done on my truck. I decided to get my truck back and not go back there anymore! They can't even do the easiest job like oil change and diagnostics. They used to be good, but I'm not going back there!!!!!!!!! I can not believe that their new manager didn't bother to apologize. I really don't know, may be they are changing their system of doing business with people!
