AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia

I used AutoNation Collision Center at Toyota Mall of Georgia for repairs to my vehicle after it was hit by another vehicle. I worked with Jesse C, who was very professional and courteous though out the entire repair process. Jesse called me periodically to give me status updates. Even when we hit a few obstacles that lengthened the repair process, Jesse made sure he did everything possible to get things done to my satisfaction. I was very pleased and thankful to have worked with AutoNation and Jesse. I highly recommend choosing AutoNation at Toyota Mall of Georgia. If you are lucky, you will be assigned Jesse C as your rep.

I had a recall (90L) for my 4Runner and i went to schedule the appointment and they were super flexible with the time, then when i went for the service they took about an hour and a half but the lobby was super comfy and even had free manicures going on!

Exceptionally great dealership & Salespeople. John Sinsel & Jeff Loftis were the two salespeople I dealt with. They attempted to find a New 2016 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro for me, when one could not be located, they ordered exactly what I wanted letting me know it would take around 90 days to get it. It showed up in 48 days to my amazement & John notified me immediately. Both John & Jeff took a ton of time to explain all the features including a complicated radio with nav system. Jeff even synced my iPhone to it immediately to ease the transition. I can't say enough about John & Jeff, both are great. I literally hate buying new cars but these two guys made it a fun experience. Ari in their finance dept. was also great to work with. They made me a satisfied & now loyal customer.

Went looking for a certified used car and sure glad we eventually arrived at Mall of Georgia Toyota. Unlike the other dealerships we stopped at, who essentially ignored us because of our attire perhaps, Travis picked us up in a cart and drove us around the lot and was very helpful every step of the way. The whole staff treated us great and we drove out with a new van, Highly recommend this dealership!
