50K oil change and rotation visit

This was a 50K oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate and like most of the service I receive from Toyota. I have not used a dealer for my car maintenance with prior cars. I have found using an organization such as Firestone has always been preferred. However, I like what Toyota has done so far. This visit it appeared that I needed a tire alignment. This is something that I buy for all my cars as a "lifetime" alignment. This makes it easier to maintain my tire life. Firestone has always been my preferred tire "guys". Wherever I buy my lifetime alignment usually means that they end up servicing my car - it is convenient. Toyota will not give (or offer) a lifetime alignment service. That means that when it is time to purchase new tires for my car I may go elsewhere for that service. This also means that I may go elsewhere, eventually for all the services. Please look into changing this. Other than this issue (which is big to me) the service I receive from Toyota is great.

Best Vehicle Buying Experience in 72 years

Ms. Kim was excellent from the first moment we made contact on line. I told her when she could call back and she did not call before. She listened to what I wanted in a new truck and did everything she could to find it in the inventory. The negotiations were not protracted nor adversarial as I had experience at other dealers. The final price was a good deal and I drove out very satisfied.

Met all expectations

I found a vehicle in which I was interested at this dealership around 6 p.m. and initiated an online inquiry. Britney called me back almost immediately and I set out my price and time requirements (the vehicle was a candidate for a replacement of another car that had been totaled in an accident so I had a maximum drive out price and since this was the end of a long work day, i wasn't in the mood for a typical dealership 'dance'). She agreed that if I liked the vehicle, she did have latitude to move on the price and promised she wouldn't subject me to the typical back and forth. I arrived at the dealership about 6:30, drove the vehicle and had a few questions that she couldn't answer about the car but she immediately got someone else who could address my questions. I called my daughter to confirm and told Britney my walk out price maximum (which would result in a price ~$1300 under the listed price). She came back with a price within $100 so i told her to write it up. Paperwork completed within less than an hour and vehicle was detailed & ready for pickup shortly thereafter. She then met my daughter, walked her through the bells and whistles of the vehicle and even paired my daughter's phone to the vehicle bluetooth. This was quite possibly the most straightforward and easiest car purchase i have ever made. Britney is new to the dealership but everyone else with whom I interacted were equally as helpful and cognizant of the value of my time. Thank you!

Deceitful and Dishonest - Avoid At All Costs

The dealership wanted me to sign another lease deal after signing one already to accommodate monthly taxes on the lease. Because they made the mistake, they were going to lower the cost of the vehicle by $1,000 and some change for their mistake. Have you ever known a dealership to own up to a mistake and to reduce the sale price of the vehicle to compensate for their mistake? Right, me neither! This made me suspicious because they were so upfront! A Yo-Yo scam in the works!!! I could go on and on about how several employees at Autonation Toyota Buford lied several times to me via every form of communication - the GM, the sales manager, the finance director and everyone beneath them, but that does me no good. The only good that can possibly come from this situation is that I warn you, their prospective customer, about them and their dishonest ways. Moral of this story: buy from them and you will be disappointed on many levels: they will lie, cheat, and steal from you! They will sweet-talk you, they will say things like, "God bless you" and "have a blessed day". They are con artists. Beware!

High Pressure Sales/Low Customer Support

This is the second car I buy from Auto Nation and it will be the last. I was trading in a 2015 Corolla for the same model 2016. High-pressure salesmen are quick to take your money, "sign here and here and here.." and never offered me a test-drive. When I got into my new car, I noticed the leather cover of the steering wheel was damaged, and the rear windscreen was defective, blurry to see through. I spoke to two managers and the salesman, suddenly they don't have time to fix the issues. I came back the next day and again got no help. "No cooling-off" period...so, buyer beware. Never again will I buy from Auto Nation Toyota Scion Mall of Georgia.

Polite, not pushy

I was in the market for a re-owned car and then I saw the 2016 Corolla LE and I was sold. Just love the car and the color (red). I have owned Toyotas since 1987 and have always been satisfied with the car and the servicing of the car. I look forward to visiting AutoNation Toyota when my car is due for a checkup because I know I will receive the attention and care as I haven the past.

Unbelievable service!!!

We had been looking for a Highlander for several months, We had driven several and knew it was the vehicle we wanted. We were in search for the perfect buying experience.......After shopping at more than 5 local facilities we reached out to AutioNation Toyota Mall of GA. We were contacted IMMEDIATELY by Shawnell Kim. She sent us the list of vehicles that met our needs. We traveled 88 miles to the facility the next day, She had the vehicles that we were interested in pulled up and waiting on us. We drove the cars and were inside working on the purchase within an hour of arriving. I am so pleased with our experience!!! The facility is clean, everyone is nice and knowledgeable and the waiting area is top notch!!! I wouldn't consider shopping anywhere else for our next car purchase.

We worked with Carl Davis and had a great experience. I highly recommend this location and Sales Person. I am not easy to deal with and he matched everything I demanded and more.
