RAV 4 service

Everyone was very helpful and friendly.. My work was completed in estimated time.. Bill went above taking care of to make sure I got my free oil change that I was not aware of... I will return here again.

Attentive Service process and results as promised

I purchased vehicle directly from original owner who had bought it new and always serviced at AutoNation. Wanted to continue the relationship and records of service. After having AutoNation perform thorough pre-purchase inspection, this was my first service appointment. Steve Manley was assigned as my service writer. He was professional and excellent to work with. I will ask for him in future. All in all a very good experience and I will continue to utilize AutoNation service.

Bought new Sienna

Awesome service

Grace Burgos has helped me for several years now when I need service or maintenance work done on my 2003 4 runner. I've had great experiences with getting my vehicle on time and repairs done properly. Grace is always so helpful and pleasant.

Good technician

The Service Technician/Advisor was really good and worked to keep me informed and to make the repairs what needed to be done and not extras. She (Sat) reviewed an item and was able to handle it at this service without costly work. The Advisors are generally always good, but Sat was even better, hope she stays. The facility is always good and this time it was not as busy and helped the work to proceed on schedule. I had considered no longer having my service done her because of the distance from my home, but after this experience I will continue here.

Excellent service

Just a routine oil change and tire rotation. The service rep was very friendly and had the service completed in less than an hour, even though I didn't have an appointment. He even ran my truck through the wash. That's a nice extra touch and much appreciated. Excellent !!

15000 mile service

I was very pleased with the service on my 2015 Rav4. They have always taken very good care of my car and even washed it for me.
