Misleading Internet Ad

We drove over an hour to view a 2013 Indigo Blue Hyundai Elantra GLS with the intent to purchase. After emailing back and forth several times to make sure the car had the features we were most interested in (preferred package including bluetooth and alloy wheels as well as other items) we finally agreed on a price. When we arrived at the dealership we found the car did NOT have the features advertized and the dealership would not honor the price quoted on a car that DID have those features. They did try to sell s an "upgraded" car at a much higher price and even discouraged us from going to another dealer who had promised the same price for the car we wanted. We bought the car we wanted from the other dealer at the agreed upon price. All in all we felt the dealership was dishonest and still, 5 days later, they have not corrected the ad which shows the car with features it does not have. Buyer beware.

2013 T/C Van

Considered buying a new Chrysler van and having picked out the one we liked ,Bill Staton (salesman) showed us all the new features and asked us to drive it and even take it home if we liked ! After a test drive we decided to inquire about trading our 2007 van and worked out a deal to our satisfaction ! We are happy with the new van !Bill was most helpful !

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever

I live 90 minutes away. I had a tentative deal made on Saturday. When I returned to finish the deal on Monday, they changed the deal. I felt like a fool and was completely lied to by manager of Honda store. I will never go there again. Humiliating experience!

Great place to purchase a certified used car

We purchased a 2011 AWD Ford Edge from Shane Hall at Wetzel Family Auto Cruize, it was a great experience. Shane was very knowledgable about the facts of the vehicle. Any questions we had he was very good, very polite and personable with us. He was willing to work with us. He is a great addition to the Wetzel Dealership. We absolutely love, love, love our new certified used Ford Edge!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR OUR NEW VEHICLE!!!

Professional, Product knowledge and Courteous

Bill Stanton,my salesperson, was all the above and: caring, honest,straight forward with no gimmicks or misinformation. Bill's willingness to take time with me and answer all my questions was appreciated.He has my trust and loyalty. The Wetzel Family Auto agency, management and my sales person, Bill Stanton, should be the modle for not only other auto dealerships but businesses in general.

Outstanding customer service

After searching high and low for the perfect Lincoln mms for my wife, I was referred to Larry Owens at Wetzel auto. After meeting with Larry I learned that they also didn't have that perfect mks, but Larry assured me they would find the car. Sure enough 2 days later Larry called me to let me know that my mks had been found. What can I say, Wetzel found the car for me and my wife could not be happier. New customer for life and I will let everyone I know to shop Wetzel auto for their next vehicle. Thanks again Larry, your friend Darrell T.

Made it easy to purchase a car

I drove on the lot looking for a SUV with third row seating, and not sure really what I wanted, when up walks a salesman smiling like he didn't have a care in the word and I thought here we go... Pressure ... From a car salesman.... He said "I'm Larry" and I thought he really can't be this happy.. Wow to my surprise not only is is happy but Larry has to be one of the most genuine, and caring people I've ever met. Wetzel auto should be proud to have him representing them. Yours truly Carol W.

Larry Owens, Bart, ford Service Center

I want to Thank these guys for all they do. The service department at Ford are wonderful with me and my family. Larry and Bart what can I say they are great people so patient with us and answers all our questions. These two are the two you need to deal with when u want to buy a car Larry in sales Bart does financing. Thank you guys for everything. Well be back.

Sales and service

I highly recommend Larry Owens who works for Wetzel Ford division. He is very resourceful and has bent over backwards for us. The service department I can say the same Dereck and Dave has treated me with respect. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
