I live in Northern California and visited the dealership
I live in Northern California and visited the dealership just to see the cars. I was greeted by friendly staff who assigned Ms. Tina Carston to show me around. Ms. Carston was most professional, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. She was able to direct me to exactly what I wanted. I bought that car. After that, she was able to work out the logistics of transferring the vehicle. All in all, a great experience.

I’ve been getting my cars serviced here for years. Booked Service appointment Friday for a Saturday morning Battery 🪫 Replacement which was really simple & easy to do. Thank you! Kai DaSilva (spelling?) meets you with a smile and lets the Advisor know right away. The Service Advisor Christian met me promptly at the car. I didn’t even have to get out of the car. Or go looking for where they may be. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns . And quickly sent the car on for the battery replacement work. Christian is a true hardworking professional in every manner. Doesn’t waste any time from what I’ve noticed. Great Representative of Mercedes Service Beverly Hills! While waiting for your car Service do try out the Cafe Route 650 in the Lounge. The team and food quality are consistently amazing! The ‘Breakfast Sandwich’ is my fav. The Wait time for my car was within the time range mentioned by Christian. He found me in the Cafe when car was almost ready and took care of the paperwork. And promptly walked me to my car once it was brought out after the Courtesy Wash. They do a great job with the vacuum & wash every time! A copy of the Report was automatically emailed to me, promptly right when the car was ready. I didn’t have to ask for it or email later or anything as I have to sometimes. This was a truly refreshing experience. No waiting around unnecessarily or having to check on car or reports etc. Thank you Christian Chandler & Daniel Gonzalez & Team for an excellent experience. Keep up the excellent technical work & professionalism & support!

The work was very good, but I had a “loaner” car for 1
The work was very good, but I had a “loaner” car for 1 and 1/2 days, drove 19 miles, to and from my house with one stop, in returning, to put in 3 gallons of gas to bring it to the 3/4 tank, as I received it! Apparently, on the return to the dealer, I picked up a nail in one tire. Just before I arrived, it showed low tire pressure on the rear left tire. So they charged me $404. For a NEW TIRE!!!!! I think that is totally unfair and ridiculous!!! (My bill for work on my car, was $811. approximately, for now, but they are recommending an additional $7500. +. for various other things. I cannot believe this replacement of the tire on the rental is appropriate!! I spoke with the manager of service, but he said nothing could be done. I have been using Beverly Hills MBZ service for the past 40-50 YEARS!! I will now look elsewhere.

My go to for Benz servicing.
My go to for Benz servicing. They are honest, efficient, and have the best customer service. I have taken my car for maintenance at other places and ended up needing MB BH having to fix the other shop’s mistakes. Christian Chandler is my service advisor and I highly recommend him for all you Mercedes Benz needs.

Whether it’s a lost item, a certain service request, or explaining why something may not be covered under warranty.
