Quality of service greatly reduced

Has my car for 3 1/2 days for minor service. I didn?t hear from them for over 2 days?after I left several messages to service rep and Service Mngr!!

Gold Star of Service

I bought my car from this location a year ago. However, I never brought my car in for service to this location until recently because it's a little further away. That being said, I will NEVER take my car back to DTLA MOTORS. I will instead bring my car to the Beverly Hills location. I was able to schedule an appointment online last Friday at 6:10am to have my car brought in at 7am the same day for a warranty-covered repair that DTLA Motors failed to accommodate me for. Needless to say, they did everything in their power to try to have my car finished by that evening. Unfortunately they were not able to. My service advisor made sure to send me rideshare vouchers so that I could get around seamlessly without feeling the impact of being without my car! When I went to pick up my car, they brought it right out. I was there less than 5 minutes. Additionally, when I dropped the car off that Friday, I was in and out. I have gone to other dealers for service where I made an appointment to drop my car off and had to wait 30 mins just to be seen. It would be the same situation when I would pick up my car as well. I would wait 20-30 mins just to checkout. Lastly, Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills ACTUALLY washed my car, unlike DTLA Motors where they just drive the car through water. I mean Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills even cleaned my tires! They are the GOLD Star of Service!
