We have been clients with 3 Cadillac Escalades for many
We have been clients with 3 Cadillac Escalades for many years. Very dissapointed with the current policies. 3 days to even look at the vehicle. No loaner cars available, no rent a cars available and no appointments accepted. We never experienced such bad policies at a car dealership after being a client for over 20 years with 3 Cadillac Escalades. As a matter of fact we only purchase Cadillacs because of great service we were experiencing in the past years. With the current polices we will rethink our purchase of a Cadillac. Multiple computer recall or software updates notices on the new Escalades. Very disapointing.

Gilbert and the Raider Finance guy are the best to ever
Gilbert and the Raider Finance guy are the best to ever do it! Here’s the story: The day before Gilbert helped me get my beautiful truck, I went to Upland Chevy to try and get one and they were the worst. No explanation as to why they can’t negotiate pricing. Horrible experience and walked out within an hour. Their loss is your gain. Gilbert showed me the proper way you sell a truck to a customer that’s willing to work a deal. Give both of these guys raises, they treat people right. P.S. Throw in some more Raider game tickets for Raider Nation as well!!! RN4L!!

Great experience. Thank you Alex, Jason, and Larry. You all made the buying process simple and convenient. There was no pressure to buy and more focus on getting my wife and I into the vehicle we really wanted. They went the extra mile to meet our needs and stayed late to work with my schedule. We drove away in our new truck feeling like we got a reasonable and realistic out-the-door price on our vehicle. Thank you guys for your hard work and excellent customer care.
