I spent well over $100K on a vehicle.

I spent well over $100K on a vehicle. It has just over 2500 miles. It has been to the shop twice. I asked for a loaner both times and did not receive it. I was not notified in advance that a loaner would not be provided. Will Mark Christopher reimburse me for the Uber costs I will incur?

Juan was professional and went above his duty to ensure an excellent, helpful, friendly experience there. All staff were attentive and informative. Very satisfied with my purchase of my truck that will be with me for years to come. I feel they were very fair in the deal that they were able to offer me and worked with me where I had concerns.

Jackie is wonderful! When my car broke down this dealer was closed due to inventory that weekend. I was told I could take it to another dealer but I chose to wait till I can take it to the one that I have used for over 10 years. Thank you Jackie and Team!
