We had a great experience with Mark Christopher
We had a great experience with Mark Christopher Chevrolet. Our salesman Alex Sarabia went above and beyond to help us purchase our new 2024 Traverse. We have been working with Alex since January. We were interested in the new Chevy Traverse, but it was not released by Chevy yet. Alex updated us every couple weeks the first few months and then every week recently with the status of the vehicles release date. He told us when they were expected to arrive at the dealership. Alex contacted us immediately when the vehicle arrived. He stayed late that night so we could come after work. The whole process was effortless, there were no hidden fees or dealer mark ups. We purchased the exact vehicle we wanted and are very happy customers. Note - we had never met Alex or purchased a vehicle from him before. So he did not know us prior to helping us. I inquired online and Alex reached out to us. It was because of his communication / follow up with us that made us want to purchase a vehicle at Mark Christopher Chevrolet. Thank you so much.

Got me in same day. Staff was nice and helpful. Lounge was cozy and WiFi available to able to get work done while vehicle being serviced. I will definitely be back.

I somehow (possibly by GPS) ended up at the dealership
I somehow (possibly by GPS) ended up at the dealership when I was really supposed to be going somewhere else, but I said what the hay lets just look around and see what they have.....long story short I arrived in a Camaro and left in an even better Camaro, but it was the service and customer care from management on down. We started out a little rocky but I tell you, they are professional and considerate. I consider them good friends and possibly family lol because I was there for 6 hrs 😂 but at least I am satisfied completely and grateful. Thanks staff @Mark Christopher Auto center!!!🙏🏽
