My salesman Richard Chiang took great care of me from the moment I stepped on to the dealership! Even all though he had other customers that he was working with! Mario really went above and beyond.

Mario really went above and beyond. I went with my wife and two kids. He was really patient and showed me all the features of my truck. Went on to assist me with OnStar and set me up with GM Rewards! Thank you Mario!

Customer service like the one Alazar provided is rare. He made my in-laws and mine experience one of a kind. I’ve bought plenty of cars in the past, but I’ve never wanted anyone to get the credit more than Alazar. Since our first initial call to when we received our keys it was a 20/10

We had a great experience at Mark Christopher GMC.

We had a great experience at Mark Christopher GMC. Everyone we worked with was wonderful. We came in a few weeks ago and met Jorge who showed us a bunch of trucks. I appreciate that he wasn’t pushy or desperate trying to make a sale. He showed us a bunch of trucks and was very knowledgeable about them, which helped a lot. At the time you didn’t have exactly what we were looking for, but I knew I would come back to work with Jorge when more trucks came in. I ended up finding one online that was in transfer to your lot. When I came in to ask about it, Jorge wasn’t there so the new person I worked with promised me they would check on it every day and call me the minute. It was going to be delivered. Unfortunately, that person didn’t follow through and I almost lost the truck of my dreams. Luckily Jorge called to check in on me and I told him about the truck I was looking for and it just so happened it had been delivered that same morning. If it wasn’t for Jorge, I would’ve lost my dream truck. I had been tracking it for weeks and there was only one like it in all of California from what I found. I know multiple people were probably looking at this truck and thankfully, Jorge made sure that I got it. Thank you thank you thank you Jorge!! When we came in to buy the truck once again, Jorge was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him to anybody. I know who wants to buy a new Chevy or GMC. His manager was also great and kept the process simple. I’m sorry I wish I could remember his name to add it here, but hopefully you’ll figure it out. The gentleman that helped us with all the finance and paperwork stuff was also wonderful. He was easy to work with answered my millions of questions and I really liked the docu-pad thing he had in his office. I want one for my classroom now. Overall it was an awesome car buying experience!
