I was told that to replace the part involved in the recall, that there would be a chance my vehicles dash might get a crack in it, and the dealership would not be responsible for the cracked dash. Luckily no crack.

Everything about my visit—had a 700am appt.
Everything about my visit—had a 700am appt. for oil change— arrived at 645 am — waited in line. Caesar made appt for me — thought he included tire rotation in coupon price. Was asked if my 2019 was purchased there. I said no. To make a long story short— didn’t leave till 910am! A customer I sat with in the waiting room — came in at 800am— be was out the door in 45 minutes!! I guess I should have said I purchased my car at Mark Christopher!for better service. I even had to ask a person that worked up front if he could check on my car for me. Not sure I’ll be back : (

Hate waiting for over 3 hours. Not buying Cadillac anymore due to this bad service experience and still paying full price. Taking advantage and giving poor service experience

The gal in the service drive was very nice. The waiting room chairs were comfortable and it was nice to have coffee while I waited. The waiting room was very clean. Pleased with my service
