Great service - thoroughly professional

My service manager, Mike Elliott, was assiduous and attentive, making sure that I knew what had to be done to my car, the amount of time it would take, and the expense.. The car was ready at exactly the time he predicted, and he even found that I had garnered enough points for a deduction on the service cost. He is a thoroughly professional and considerate gentleman.

I like the personal attention from the representative. He found me and gave me an update on the service and then a final notification.

good experience

I called for a test drive of a particular car. The car and salesperson were ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The salesperson was personable and had a basic knowledge of the particular car I was driving. I am always expecting high pressure but I can say this was a comfortable atmosphere. Overall a very good experience.

Very happy.

The salesman,Kevin Camphusen,was very patient taking me out on several test drives.He was never pushy at any time and addressed all my questions.

The best costumer service

Great costumer service that cant be match and me and my family feel comfortable the whole time we were at the dealership. They will help u out in any way shape or form. Tnx again Hank and Kevin for all your help and service.

WORST OF THE WORST...PAY ATTENTION

about 2 years ago I went here to buy a 2004 infiniti g35 coupe. I tried to talk the print down but they wouldn't budge, so I said I'll take it, than when they sent me to the extended warranty I noticed that he was harassing me to buy it, I kept saying no, than he agreed after singing all the paper work drove off in my new used car....but than weeks later just to find out he tricked me into singing the extended warranty. .this place really was wrong for doing this

Long Overdue Review

My husband and I leased a 2015 Toyota Corolla S last year around Thanksgiving weekend and I've been meaning to write this review. I would say that Hiram Vasquez was really very helpful and did everything he can to give us the best deal. We actually came in the morning and had to step out to pick up our daughter from dance class. We were debating on whether or not to come back. But since Hiram was very nice and had such a pleasant demeanor, we decided to return to dealership and work with him. Even though the entire process took almost a whole day, it was certainly worth it in the end. I am very happy with my Corolla. Thank you so much, Hiram! You're the best!

lens cover replaced

I bought a 2012 sienna off lease in may of 2015. The left rear lens was cracked and the sales dept. agreed to replace it free of charge. The part was ordered and arrived the next day, it took less then 30 minutes to replace. This was a delightful experience and I would recommend Team Toyota of Princeton.
