From the time I stepped in the door, I was treated with respect and great customer service. I knew what I wanted and felt NO pressure from the salesman. I test drove 3 cars and never did I feel like I was rushed or hurried into a decision. I had some financial hardships on my credit report due to a helping a family matter out, however Lou treated me as if I had perfect credit and fought to get me approved in what I wanted. I have no complaints , only praise from my experience....I am a Quality Manager at my job and I felt the same quality being given back to me.... Louis was 100% customer service oriented and a great pleasure to deal with....

I had been looking for a used 4 Runner for 3 months with no luck. I stopped in Team Toyota one day just to check out the lot. After looking around I was approached by Kevin Camphausen (salesman). Kevin was very friendly and helpful any questions I had he answered or got someone who could. He had one older 4 Runner on the lot so we took it for a drive. After the test drive I knew my search was finally over. At no point during the test drive or any conversation did I feel pressured to buy. Once I did decide to make an offer Kevin introduced me to Mike Higgins (the numbers guy) Mike was also very friendly and strightforward. The entire experience was great I wish all the cars I purchased went this easy. From now on I will start my car shopping at Team Toyota!!! Thanks Team Toyota sailing season will be great this year with my 4 Runner to pull the boat.

I had just totaled my older vehicle and needed another car ASAP. It had been quite a few years since I had purchased a car and I wasn't looking forward to all the hassle I remembered from back then. To my surprise, Team Toyota was really great! Kevin Camphausen made this dreaded experience so easy and fast! He and the other salespeople were so friendly and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. I have purchased many cars from different dealerships in my life time and I must say that that Team Toyota of Princeton was 1 of the best car buying experiences have ever had. As I entered the dealership I was greeted by Kevin Camphausen, and his attention to my exact needs was perfect. It only took me and my son a few minutes to find that car we wanted at the price we agreed upon. I also had the pleasure of meeting with 1 of the sales managers and finance accountants and everything went smooth with no hassle or pressure. I gotta tell u... I've been looking for my 15 Tacoma for 5 months with the color, options and everything I wanted in my new truck.. I called my friend in VA who runs Springfield Toyota in VA and asked him to do a locate on what I was looking for... The original dealer that I left a $1000 deposit on gave me a run around for 5 months and even told me they "Factory Ordered" it.. That was xx... My friend from VA told me a Team Toyota in Princeton had EXACTLY what I wanted and gave me a Great deal!!! Barry and Jeff r both Great guys and its an Awesome dealer to do Buisness with!!! I was given a temporary registration. it expired. I received a ticket. I paid $500 in fees for the car to be registered. I was called a month after the sales for my insurance binder and the car was never registered until a month after it was purchased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! everything was overnighted once I contacted better business bureau. my salesman never called still!!!!!!! and patty the administration yelled at me because I was not satisfied with how it was handled. how they let me drive an unregistered car for two weeks!!!!!! told me to continue driving it and then sent a dealer plate!!!!?? I purchased a car I couldn't drive for a week and I got no reimbursement. I was told to pay the ticket and they'll reimburse me, yet they don't return calls!???????????????? horrible. keith is horrible, Robert was awful, and patty was by far the worst.

I stopped by Team Toyota Princeton to look at the new Rav4. The salesman, Anthony Dell, was incredibly knowledgable and patient. We looked at many Rav4s, and Mr. Dell was a pleasure throughout the process. I did not buy, yet. I'll be making a decision, soon, but there is no doubt that I will be buying the car from Team Princeton, and Mr. Dell.
