First time with this dealership’s service dept.
First time with this dealership’s service dept. I found it easy to make an appointment, drop off was quick, technician texted video of my car as he walked underneath and pointed out various items. No pressure, just explanatory. Everyone was pleasant, and from what I saw the place was very clean. I gave 4 stars vs 5 only because it was my first time there. I will go back.
