I purchased a new truck from Beach Ford and what another great experience for the second time. They stand out head and shoulders above all the truck dealerships in NOVA. Yes, after working virtually with Joven Durose, also for the second time as my salesman, and finding the right truck, at the best price, and getting the best tread-in offer, I drove 3 hours to trade-in my first truck from them and get a new truck from them. I wasn't surprised to hear stories of his other customers who fly in from out of town to buy new vehicles. Beach Ford and Mr. Durose delivered once again!

Extremely Disappointed – Ford “Blue Certified” Means Nothing I purchased a nearly $70,000 Ford pickup that was advertised as Blue Certified, supposedly meaning it was free from defects. However, the vehicle was sold with an existing issue—an annoying rattle/clunk coming from the suspension—that was not disclosed at the time of sale. The lack of accountability to properly address and resolve the issue has been tiresome and extremely disappointing. I’ve brought the vehicle in multiple times and have now spent over $500 trying to get it fixed—with no resolution. First, I was told a shock rebuild would correct the issue—it didn’t. Then, the exhaust was rewelded, which also failed to resolve the problem. While the service department has been cooperative and trying to help, the issue still exists. I’m left with a persistent defect and out-of-pocket expenses for a vehicle that should have never left the lot in this condition. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received the title for the vehicle. I understand that out-of-state registration can be more complex, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of communication and poor follow-up. I’ve had to call multiple times and eventually go in person just to get basic answers—something that should be handled professionally and efficiently. I expected far better when buying a premium vehicle under a certified program. This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I cannot recommend this dealership or Ford’s certification process to anyone.

I'd like to thank your mobile service team for their prompt, efficient, and courteous service this morning. They came out for a check on my Bronco Sport, and fixed the issue quickly and completely, in the pouring rain I might add. Once again, Beach Ford has shown me why they have my trust and loyalty. Great friendly service with no sales pressure! Very helpful and informative for my used car purchase and a good deal on financing. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
