We recently bought a 2024 Ford Escape from Beach Ford. Prior to visiting the car lot, we had looked on their website to see what inventory was available. There were two particular Ford Escapes that we were interested in. Our salesman Chris Stens provided us with outstanding personalized service. Test drive performed on 2010 Fusion SEL. Noise coming from idling and noisy engine were noted during diagnostic test. Several things needed done asap. young lady booked appt. for 0730am Mr. Johnathan Brown wrote it up. Service mgr. Mr. Frank, got his service tech to To evaluate, determine severals items which needing my immediate action. Further more awaiting parts to complete the job this week is still pending. Personally would highly recommend Beach Ford because of their swift actions and attention to detail from each of those gentlemen that assisted my wife and I during our visit there.
