From the first day I contacted them until I returned with my new 2017 Cadenza, I had an easy and comfortable buying experience. The main reason was because of Tony Zohrabian, who first spoke to me on the phone and made an OTD offer which he honored two weeks later. The whole time he was honest, straight forward and true to his word. He also went out of his way to find my car which was practically a one of a kind Cadenza limited model with black exterior and black interior. Generally I don't get much discount when buying a car with specific requirements, but Tony gave all the discounts that Kia had to offer. We went to this location knowing that they had great reviews and also with the intention to buy a new van for our family. No one pressured us or forced us into it , a gentleman approached once we looked at him his name is Hobie and showed incredible customer service by letting us see the cars that we wanted to buy or lease , once we had decided what we wanted , he got it ready so we could drive it and it was a great drive . After all that we told him that we wanted to talk numbers and payment options . It was a good process because at first we didn't qualify alone but he looked for ways to help us , giving us options and making sure that we got the car we Wanted. Also when it came to the down payment he worked with us , we offered a certain amount and when financing came back with offers he insisted on staying on the amount we offered that he would have financing work with us so we didn't have to give more down payment . I set up a test drive with one of the sales people, Lesly, via email. She wasn't even there when I got there and I had to explain to another salesperson what we had arranged. I was with my 14 year old daughter and the remaining staff never asked us if we needed anything or if we wanted a water until Karen took care of us. I came prepared with a pre-qual from my bank. I knew exactly what I wanted, so it should have been easy. Number 2 person came over after the test drive to try and "show" me a bunch of different finance options that I wasn't interested in. And speaking to me as if I was a kindergartner. This was almost an hour and a half at this point. I told him I'd already had financing in place, but he proceeded to show me different options. I got up, asked for my keys, and headed out the door. I was ready to walk, then they finally gave me exactly what I asked for at the beginning. Then to person number 3 for signing. This process needs to be quicker and more customer friendly. It's like going to the dentist or calling AT&T, you have to do it but never enjoy it.

I recently got my Kia Sorento 2018 a week ago at the Kia Of Glendale & im in love with it. I love how William, helped me in every way possible to get the best deal & get the car of my dreams. He gave me very good service. Definitely looking forward to taking my car for service at this location.
