Stoneham Ford

Simple oil change - fast and efficient service. Unfortunatly the service department is only open for basic services like oil changes during weekend hours. I'll need to ask questions about service departments activities and hours evenings and weekends at my next dealership before purchasing my next new vechile. When I needed recall items and warranty repairs done at this dealership, they did not have loaner cars available and I am outside the radius that they will give you a ride to and from work so my option was to take time off my job and sit in their waiting area.

My lock on the drivers side got jammed and I couldn't get out of my car without opening it from the outside. When I went to Ford they were wonderful. They told me that they would look at it and see if it could be fixed so I wouldn't need to make a service appointment. It was fixed in twenty minutes and everyone was so kind. I would highly recommend Stoneham Ford for service.

The Customer Service in the Quick Lane at Stoneham Ford is EXCELLENT! Bill Cerrantani and the staff are the best! Very helpful and extremely nice to interact with! Fast Lube service at Stoneham Ford is the best in all of Eastern Massachusetts. When I arrived yesterday, they were very busy yet went above and beyond to accomodate me. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to bring my cars there for their maintenance. I offer high praise for Bill C and his crew.

Came in with a dead Focus due to the TCM module. This is the second time. They have been great to deal with.
