My Lithia Volkswagen Experience

I drove from my San Jose, CA to my Reno apartment in a blinding snowstorm Thursday Feb.14 midnight in my 2017 Subaru Legacy which I had bought in 2018 Nov at Lithia VW Reno. The car handled very well on the snow. I had to rush back to San Jose on Sunday due to a family emergency. I took my car to Lithia VW for an oil change on Saturday 2 pm because I wanted to leave the next day for San Jose as a precaution for a check up. I had bought a lifetime service contract with Lithia VW. Ms Amy Briggs, the Service Manager listened to me carefully, understood that my car needed to be serviced to be completely safe to drive in the snowy conditions. Even though I had driven less than 2000 miles, since I had kept it for 3 months, she told that I was eligible for an oil change and the Lithia VW service would honor it. They did the oil change, checked, inspected tires and inflated to the correct pressure while I waited in the lounge with a complementary coffee and fast internet connection for my laptop. I was spotted and greeted warmly and affectionately by the entire sales team at Lithia VW, Nabil Shamon, the Sales Manager, Eric Eiler the Finance Manager and dJason Bull, the elite sales professional who sold the car to me and followed up. Jason downloaded the YouTube video showing how to configure the Navigator using the Subaru Mirror Link App. That is way beyond the call of duty for which I am grateful. I really appreciate the excellent service provided by Amy and her qualified and friendly Technicians.

Car Service

I was passing through Reno, NV when my car had an engine light come on. I was traveling to my nursing assignment in Seattle, WA and needed my car taken care of that day. I am so thankful for the kindness and hard work to get my car serviced that same day so I could continue on the road. Thank you so much. I made it to Seattle on time.

Great Customer Service Experience!

Carlos was just amazing to deal with. We came in 20 minutes before closing and he didn't hesitate to fit us in and get us back on the road!

Tire Repair

Repaired the tire and followed up to have the warranty cover the damages on a timely manner. Since we were visiting from out of town, they followed up to make sure we got back safely during a winter storm.

Accomodating and Awesome

My husband is acive duty military stationed in the Middle East. From the minute he left, the Murphy's Law van showed up in my driveway and started unloading junk. I wanted to cry when my trunk started having issues. I called sweet Carlos. He made me an appointment. Michael, the kind shuttle driver, drove me back and forth. The best part of the experience was the part was under warranty. I can't tell you how seamless and easy the whole experience was. In terms of future purchases, this is exactly how all dealerships should treat their clients. It really goes a long way. I am very excited for the new VW Microbus. Amos Womble, I will be purchasing it from Lithia Volkswagen of Reno. Thank you so much to the entire service department - including Michael with his awesome, relaxing music.
