Over-delivered!

Our salesman was Amos Womble and he was a down-to-earth friendly guy who was up front, not pushy at all, and made us feel comfortable. Went in with not great credit, but not the worst and knew it was going to be a heavy lift to get us financing. We were eventually told that we could not get financing and left the dealership, however, to our surprise Nabil kept working on it after we left and even got the GM involved. They called us about 2 hours later and told us they got the deal that we were looking for! We couldn't believe that they stuck with it and we left today with a beautiful 2019 Jetta SEL. One note, we thought that the digital dash came with navigation included but we found out when we got home that it did not. We're still happy with it and can get NAV with the iPhone, just make sure you read the fine print on the options! Overall, a very happy experience!

Over-delivered!

Got my car in and finished faster than I expected, Great crew! Service dpt is always on top of things. We'll use them for all our vw service needs

Tynic

It has never been an issue before that I live in Spanish springs. And when I went to go get my oil changed, they said it was too far and were not able to pick me back up. But they WERE able to drop me off. Made no sense.

My Bug.

Ray Gonzales handled my Bug with "kid gloves" and so did the service tech who worked on it. I so appreciate this wonderful treatment of my baby. Ray was so sweet and nice. I really appreciate all the great care. Carlos Dominguez is super too. He covered my floor and seat with paper and plastic. A super job. Colt is great too. Steve Lanou is and was our saleman. We LOVE him all these lovely people are a great asset to Lithia VW. Makes us come back for service and purchasing new cars.

Ray was excellent, He found a rattle in my car that the last service writer said he couldnt find and gave me that look like I must be crazy thinking its their type of luck The courtesy car having to wait for an hour and not being told first thing in the morning was a bit of an inconvenience but I worked it out. Excellent service from Ray!
