Great customer service

The Service Manager is so cordial and so is everyone that I encounter as I come in the building. The wait time to speak with the manager is minimal. They are very efficient.

My experience

I liked the shuttle service and option to sit in comfortable lobby. The staff are friendly and communications are really helpful coming by text.

Bought a NICE used car!

My experience was better then great! My sales rep was Danielle, who exceeded my expectations in looking to purchase a vehicle. Danielle was truthful, experienced and very professional. She answered all my questions and made my experience a pleasant one at best. If and when I may entertain the thought of purchasing another vehicle, Danielle will be my "to go girl".
