Iggy Barreto and Brittany DeCarlo were amazing. I had a such a wonderful experience from the get go. Brittany made sure that the car I selected off of the internet was ready for me to test drive at the scheduled appointment time. She paired me up with my sales associate Iggy Barreto who called and text me before I left Brooklyn to make sure to let me know what to expect and what to bring in considering I was coming an hour away. When I arrived Iggy met me and took me to my car to test drive. The amazing price I found on the internet was honored with out any haggling and financing could not have been easier. Akmal Ahmed (financing manager) was fast and efficient with my loan approval. He was very patient and explained all the documents thoroughly before I signed. The entire experience was easy and pain free and actually quit pleasant.

Paramus Hyundai is the only dealer that returned emails/phone calls. It was easy to set up an appointment. Iggi was my salesperson, so nice, a pleasure to work with and gave me the best deal possible. He was so excited when showing me all the features of the car and explaining everything to me. This was my first every car purchase and it couldn’t have went any better.

This dealership is clearly not focused on customers service or customers satisfaction. We showed up for a test drive of the Palisades and John refused to do the test drive because if was too close to closing time on a Saturday evening. I took my business some place else.
