TERRIBLE - a waste of time
I went there to purchase a car and was told it would be a certain price. I signed the paperwork, they ran my credit, and put Geico insurance on the vehicle. Everything was signed we agreed to a price and I thought it was ready to go but I was wrong. We agreed on the down payment (again the paperwork is signed). Then he comes back and increases the down payment to $250 more! I was not happy about this but after spending SIX HOURS of my day there i agreed. Next he said we needed to give the paperwork to their finance department I asked if the numbers were going to change again and he said don't even bother going to the finance department cause the numbers will change. WASTE OF TIME after signing paperwork, crunching the numbers, adding insurance, running my credit, signing everything getting approved I now gave six hours of my life for no reason. NEVER AGAIN.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

DO NOT SERVICE WITH ANNIE AT PARAMUS
After dealing with service advisor Annie, I will never ever ever do business with Paramus Hyundai again! The woman has an attitude problem. Definitely does not want to go above and beyond for the customer. She speaks at you and not to you. I got so fed up I pulled my car out of service. It's a shame because last time I had such great service there, but Annie changed all that!!!!! LONG STORY SHORT.... DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE WITH ANNIE AT PARAMUS HYUNDAI!!!

Santa Fee 2019
Very helpful and very accommodating to my wishes. Was able to take a test drive with a Santa Fe to my house because there was a question in my mind if the car would fit in my garage. The car fit in my garage but the antenna didn't. Had to choose a different Santa Fee model. Answered all my questions. Gave me a great tutorial on how to dos with all the new gadgets (twice) and even helped my friend with her car. Returned phone calls promptly. This is the fourth Hyundai purchased at this dealership.
