Outstanding Customer Service

From the beginning to the end of our purchase with the 2019 Tucson the entire staff was very professional, honest and made us feel really welcomed! I have to say that Michael Gibson went out of his way to make everything extremely easy. He is absolutely the most knowledgeable person with this product. He was not pushy at all. He listened and made sure it was the right vehicle ! Kudos to Paramus Hyundai! Having Michael Gibson( salesman) with his class and knowledge is like having the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow! Jesse was really kind as a Sales Manager as well. 100% class act ! Go see Michael Gibson!!!!!

NOT YOUR TYPICAL DEALERSHIP

From the moment we arrived at Paramus Hyundai Michael (Gibson) was friendly, attentive, and knowledgable about the Certified Pre-Owned Elantra we were inquiring about. He was by no means pushy which, in and of itself, makes him a non-typical Sales person. He listened to and, more importantly, understood what we wanted and what we needed in a car. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the right vehicle, and that we were happy with that vehicle. His honesty, cheerfulness, and general demeanor was more than refreshing. Josue, who helped us with financing, was also a pleasure to work with. Both Michael and Josue made a usually stressful situation into a painless one. We would definitely recommend Paramus Hyundai, and Michael Gibson, to anyone who was looking to buy a car. ~Alex

Easy deal at the price we wanted

Our salesman Ed S asked us what we wanted, presented number and accepted our numbers with a smile and no b.s. He was friendly, made us feel confident and made the transaction smooth. I will definitely be going back to this dealership and to that salesman.

Returning lease car

Positive experience

Bait and Switch Avoid at all cost

After being assured that my car was available by the Used car manager Ludwin , I drove 50 miles to sign and buy. Car was sold 2 days before. Then they offered me a more expensive car. I told them they should eat the price difference and the flat out refused. They had a one star rating on another website which seems well earned! Update ! As requested I called Rocco the sales manager. He never returned my call !

Totally unimpressed

I had the pleasure of visiting this dealership today. I looked at a couple of cars in the showroom and waited for about five minutes, hoping someone would come speak to me. No one did...even though there were at least six people standing behind the back counter starting at me. I spoke to the receptionist who assured me someone would take care of me. A salesperson finally approached me but his attitude made me feel as though he wasn't interested in my business. He didn't bother seating me (we stood the whole time we conversed) and didn't crunch any numbers for me. He did take my email and promised to send me a brochure (I was told there were none left for the model I was looking at - and he didn't bother to look). I assumed he would send me something—yet there's nothing in my inbox. Seriously, how long does it take to send an email?! I was left unimpressed. Absolutely won't be buying from here.

Love my new Hyundai!!!

I stopped in Paramus Hyundai to discuss my lease that would be expiring in 2 months. Brian Bakelaar explained that I could get out of my current lease and we discussed my options. Thanks to Brian's expert salesmanship I selected a new car that is perfect for me. I've been driving my new Tuscon for a week now! LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!

Best Car Shopping Experience

My sales rep was Brandon and he was wonderful to work with. He was very patient and understanding of my needs and worked with me to purchase a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport. He made me feel comfortable and no pressure in making any decisions I didnt want to. I would definitely go back to this dealership.
