Horrible service bordering on criminal.
These knuckleheads botched my registration on my new car 3 years ago. Got me new plates when I needed a transfer to my old plate. Of course, I ended up paying for that mistake. Seems I can’t get rid of this god for saken incompetent den of thieves, due to the fact the plate I never took possession of is getting tickets in my name out of state. Paramus Hyundai knows no depth of shady business. Stay far away.

Deal breake
I had been shopping around for a new car for a short time. I had already been to other dealerships and had not felt connected to any of the salespeople. I am of the belief that I need to get a good vibe from the salesperson, however much I like the car. Once we walked in and met Iggi I immediately had a good vibe. He made me laugh and was knowledgeable and very patient. I was already interested in your cars but Iggi was the deal breaker. He sold me on a different model that I am extremely happy with. If not for him, I may have moved on that day.

Leased a new car
Stephen was wonderful.I leased my second car but was not quite sure which car I wanted. He was very patient, he broke things down for me to help me decide. He took care of all the calls including insurance so all I had to do was get the keys and drive away.I don’t care for car salesmen much but he was pleasant, had a good sense of humor and most important for me, was not pushy. They got my registration suspended
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a Hyundai Kona in May 2018. The first issue I had was upon the purchase one stipulation was that they were to pain the roof black. On the first attempt of me bringing the car in they failed to have a rental ready and were unable to get one so we rescheduled. On the second attempt they failed to have a car ready and also informed me it would take longer than originally planned and that I would have to pay for the rental. After they failed at getting a car they offered me 500$ (way below the cost of the paint) to just “be done with it.” Second issue was I was supposed to have my plates transferred to the new car from my old car. They accidentally got me new plates and asked me to take them until they could complete the transfer. After me hassling them for 2 and a half months about my plates they finally did the transfer. However because of how long it took and something they did in the system I got a message from NY DMV my registration had been suspended. They were absolutely no help in trying to rectify the situation when all I needed from them was a letter head stating I returned the car to them the day I purchased the Hyundai. To top it all off the salesman Eric offered me 6 free oil changes only if I have him all 5s in the survey. The customer service is terrible. They forced me to take days off work and put me only through inconveniences once I got the car. If I could give them a negative I would.

We came to your dealership as the suggestion of our children, one who currently owns a late model Sante Fe and the other one who had done extensive research on new cars and told us that for her money, Hyundai would be the car to buy. We came to the closest dealership to our home and went to check out the inventory of models offered by Hyundai. The salesman, Mark Velardi was very interested in us as potential customers and went to great lengths to show us the value of leasing vs paying cash, which we were prepared to do. We were shown late model used vehicles as well as the options of a Sante Fe and Tuscan models and the various financing options if interested. Mark was very astute in laying out the why's and wherfore's of the various options which led us to make a decision to lease and trade in our 2015 Chrysler 200C as the down payment. While we were prepared to pay upwards of $25,000 in cash, we left with a new car and our money still in the bank. As a former commercial banker, I was never a fan of leasing a vehicle, however Mark made us see that at this time in our lives, this is the best option for us. We can't thank him enough for his patience and valuable information.
