Excellent, efficient and friendly experience

Paramus Hyundai and Iggy were recommended highly to my by my nephew. He is a current client of Paramus Hyundai and Iggy has worked with him in leasing a couple of cars. They say the best advertisement is a satisfied customer and word of mouth count for a lot too. This readily applies to my experience with Iggy. He was most gracious, friendly, jovial and patient. I never felt pressured, rather I felt re-assured throughout the process. Perhaps the most re-assuring aspect of the purchase was due to Iggy's knowledge of the product and respect for me and my nephew.

Easy Sale, Everything After - HORRIBLE

Purchased my wife's 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe back in March and everything seemed great and effortless. Fast forward 6 months and I have been given the run around regarding service for the car. Tried on two separate occasions to take it in for an oil change and both times left without the car being serviced. Was told by one representative my voucher for two synthetic oil changes was ready - went to get them and was told by another employee the dealership no longer honors them. Excuse me?? Went the following weekend with a coupon for $100 for service only to be told (surprise, surprise) that can't be used for oil changes. Took my car elsewhere and will never bring my business to this poor excuse for an establishment again. Would NOT recommend to anyone - go elsewhere !!!

looking to lease a car

We had the worst experience with this dealership. I made an appointment to go and discuss a lease for a vehicle. Our appointment was scheduled at 1:15 pm. Arrived at the dealership at 1:10 and was ask to sit at the salesman's desk. after about 20 minutes the salesman did not show up and nobody bother to come over and let us know what is going on. I finally asked when the salesman will shoe up to talk to us and was told he will be with us in 2 minutes. Another 15 minutes passed and nobody showed up. Finally we decided to leave. they did not even had the decency to say sorry as we were leaving. If I could give them a zero I would of done that. Terrible!! Stay away

Terrible experience from day one to last day

Service department- great. Sales department - disrespectful and disinterested in clients needs bunch. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for respect and satisfaction as you won’t get one there.

Horrible customer service !!!!

Customer service horrible... they lie about everthing... rude, rude, rude...not sure her name, Service adviser .Own 2016 Tucson 30k.. under warranty , Tried charging me $ 155.00 +tax to diagnose an issue....when I told her what the problem is. So I left and took it to Rt 10 Hyundai of DENVILLE and they took care of it for FREEEEE THANKS BUT NO THANKS RT 4

Great price, horrible post sales

Purchased a new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Ultimate with tech package on 8/17/18. My sales rep was Ian Kaufman (no longer with dealership). Sale was effortless, post sales not so good. The dealership incorrectly entered my delivery date of 6/30 vs an actual delivery date of 8/17. Easy to fix right? NO! This mistake has me two lacking months of warranty and two months short of Bluelink, and my Sirius XM subscription. Dealership was useless. Paramus Hyundai's mistake was corrected by Hyundai USA customer service after I called the President. I had to send a copy of my title, bill of sale, and odometer statement. Never again. Stay away from this dealership.

First time leaser, leaves as a happy customer.

I came in on Labor Day weekend to lease a new car for the first time, as birthday present to myself. Friendly staff greeted me and my salesman, Iggi, invited me to sit at his desk. Iggi worked with me on which vehicle best suited my needs and and we agreed on a price to fit my budget. Throughout the process, he gave very thorough explainations of the various packages and features being offered. I test drove the Elantra SE and was pleased with it. We were able to get the paperwork taken care of and I picked up my new car a few days later.
