no nonsense

I was interested in purchasing a car. The sales representative greeted me, listened to what I was looking for and delivered. A few hours latter I walked out with a new Hyundai.

Second Elantra

We have bought many cars from Hyundai back through Wild Bill's and Paramus Chrysler. Had only 1 disappointment, a Volarie, back in the 70's. You were very helpful when we lost 2 cars in Floyd, gave us special rates for the loan. This time Nancy did her homework, she researched loans and found me the best. I was also impressed with the Veteran's rebate. Thank you.

2 bad experiences

Just another bad experience at this place. My lease is about to expire and I decided to give them a second chance after the big mess when I got the car but the place has not changed. Customer service is not good, same waste of time and disrespect with the customer and the manager is a bad representation of the brand, just rude. Recycling in Custumer service is a MUST here. Just disappointed again. Here I am at Jeep.

New car purchase

I leased a Sonata recently from this dealership. The online info was very good. I was able to zero in a car and negotiated a deal. However, there is not enough space for parking. Also the inside of the dealership feels small and crowded. The refreshment center not convenient, it is like a hole in the basement. The sales consultant, Iggi Barreto was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great car buying experience

Just purchased a new car at this dealership and the sales representative (Mr. Steve Lee) took great care of my needs. He was very thorough and explained things in great detail. Highly recommend you go see Mr. Lee for a great experience. Did not feel "sold" at all.

New car after old car was totaled

Bought car here in 2012 serviced it until it was totaled only the cab left in tact so I knew I would be getting another one or similar model. Ludwin was recommended by Annie who I trust completely from service dept and it was a very easy smooth transition into the new car.
