Great experience buying 1st car in 20 years!
Since I had not bought a car in 20 years, this experience was a little intimidating. However, Iggi was in the parking lot and asked how he could help me - a new relationship was born. I asked for a day to think about it, left a small deposit, and returned later

Great listeners
I was taken seriously. I went in with a budget and it was respected. That made me feel safe. I just graduated college and every other dealer was making me feel bad for my credit, even with 100% on time payment. Hyundai never made me feel bad for my credit, instead looked at the good things about me and decided to help me.

Excellent Customer Experience
As a first-time buyer, i appreciate Hyundai's sales agent Iggi Barreto going the extra extra mile to assist in getting my lease application approved. He perfectly understood my current set-up and status, my capacity to pay and the need to have a car leased soonest. Without any credit background being new in the US, he was able to help justify to the bank my capacity to lease a car and pay for it. Really appreciate his concern and hard work. Any car dealer becomes excellent because of excellent hard-working employees like Iggi. Kudos!
