⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Experience Buying My F-150 at Sutton Ford! My husband and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Sutton Ford, and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Sheldon, our salesperson, was fantastic, friendly knowledgeable, and truly demonstrate professionalism as he helped us throughout the whole process. He made sure we found the exact F-150 that fits our need and budget. General Manager Adam was great, he personally made sure everything went smoothly and that we felt comfortable with our purchase. He was the elm of the wheel throughout the process, making sure we were updated while he worked with his team, using every  possible negotiation techniques to make the transaction a satisfactory one. Al in finance was a pro, transparent, efficient, and made the paperwork a breeze. The whole team made us feel like a valued customer, not just another sale. If you're in the market for a new truck or vehicle in general, I highly recommend Sutton Ford. Honest people, great service, and a smooth buying experience! A BAD EXPERIENCE TURNED AMAZING!

I was over charged by 19,000.

I was over charged by 19,000.00 for a 2025 escape at line they had removed all paper that would show price of car I went to another dealer to see sticker price. I hand carrier my complaint to Sutton Ford may 30 2025 no response on June 6 2024 I will send the same complaint to Ford in dearborn mich. All the Ford was advertising employee pricing for all with 3.9% financing with 825 credit score I was only offered 6.9%

Worst , most unorganized dealer I have ever been too .

Worst , most unorganized dealer I have ever been too . I had an appointment to look at a car . I got there , they ran my credit , they test drove my trade in . Apparently, unknown to them they have already sold the car I went to look at . The salesman told me this was not his fault . They sold the car , they ran my credit . For nothing . Everything was for nothing ! The drive ! The time spent ! They don’t give a (:)$&))($& !

I've been driving since I was 20 years young. I'm now 70 yrs young! I've always driven Ford vehicles. Most recently purchased a Ford Escape last week. Mr. Lester Parker has always been my "Salesman of Choice.". He's very knowledgeable of the business and is the type of representation that all successful companies look for.
