Still waiting on the new luggage racks on recall to come in , it’s been 4 weeks , I’d like to get this resolved ASAP

Ok service except I've been complaining about loose parts underneath vehicle was told it was felt and they would cut it off but it wasn't now I see loose felt when I look at vehicle very unsightly to me. Only had vehicle since November 2020
