Charles was a pleasure to work with during our car

Charles was a pleasure to work with during our car search/buying.. Started off with a frustrating bump from another dealership that Charles quickly looked into and fixed.. while test driving there was another bump that needed immediate attention and Charles made sure that it was taking care of properly before we drove away. Highly recommend him to anyone!! Very polite & several laughs!!

Outstanding Dealership as far as their Free oil changes

Outstanding Dealership as far as their Free oil changes for life, and free VA State Inspections for life. There is a great Service Advisor Becca Crist there, that is professional and very excellent in her interface with me on needed maintenance and KIA suggestions for interval service expectations.

Words cannot express the love I have for Jacob Martinez and the amazing, Godly staff at Casy Kia. Since meeting Jacob at church I have bought two trucks from him, my wife’s car, my father in laws truck and my brothers car all in 2 years time. Not once have the staff there done anything other than show me and my family what it means to be followers of Jesus as well as business professionals in todays world that says a lot!
