Donna is great but windshield wipers???

Seeing Donna back is great! She is customer service+. Service was fine but windshield wiper installation was not complete and I had to drive back to have it corrected. Minor item but a 32 mile round trip for something very simple that should have been done the first time. Car was not washed after service as usually been done. Donna took care of problem when I returned. Good dealership and will return minor issue.

Great new car experience

Purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Raheem at AutoNation Hyundai Tempe. Raheem and all his colleagues that we dealt were courteous, very knowledgeable and professional at all times. This has been the first time that I purchased a new car that I didn't feel like I had been taking advantage of. If you are looking to purchase a new or even used Hyundai give Raheem a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Hyundai Santa Fe Leasing Experience

The dealership is excellent and everyone is very friendly and helpful. John Olsen is our favorite salesperson; he's always so helpful and does an very good job covering all the bases regarding the car, its operation, etc. He's always fair and will answer any questions we have with no hesitation.

Great experience

I have not bought a new car in over 20 years and had always thought that there would be a lot of pressure when doing so but that was not the case here. My sales man Ted and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and I enjoyed my experience.

Service Review

Overall the service was top notched. I had an appointment and they were waiting for me so knew what I was looking for. They kept me informed about the status of my car, pointed out potential problems they found with the car so I could get them fixed while I was there. Good service good people.

No Hassle, No Pressure

I emailed the dealership with what I was looking for and they delivered. When I walked in, I was greeted by name and we got down to business. I was shown cars that met my requirements, nothing more, nothing less. From start to finish I felt welcome and never pressured into anything I didn't want or need. Check tires, fluids, etc.

. The entire staff was great, from the greeter to the service manager.The donuts and coffee was an added touch. The findings of the inspection was explained in detail. I did not feel pressured to have any type of service performed.

My Hyundai Nation!

Great service! Very friendly and courteous. Great experience! Recommend friends to purchase their Hyundai cars at this dealership. Great tasting popcorn! 100k mile or 10yr warranty. You can't beat that! My last car was a 2003 Hyundai and still going. I received a good trade in value. I'm sure this car will take me a long way. Thanks Hyundai!🤗
