Went in to look at a used car at Coastal Norwell I saw online with no appointment. Nate greeted me with a big smile and a willingness to help. Test drove... the car but wanted to look at another one in Cohasset. He gave me his contact info and I went on my way. No pressure, no scare tactics, no stress. It was fantastic. I ended up going with the one I test drove at Norwell. Nate patiently walked me though the buying phase and then took the time to show me all the new gadgets I wasn't used to. He also told me the dealership was there for me and not to hesitate to contact them if I needed anything. It was a great, great car buying experience.
Stopped in on a Sunday to check out a 2016 Nissan Frontier “just to look”. Two hours later we made a deal! Ryan Brown made the whole experience great!... Took the time to work with us on the payment options and went out of his way to make sure the truck was ready on time with great floor mats, a bonus! Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go... over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team. I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
had transmission issues. waited two days for the order to arive put transmission in in one day. car was clean when returned and transmission issues were... fixed tech was neat and fast.

My husband,... our 7 year old son and I visited the dealer on two occasions before deciding on a purchase. During each visit Lance spent numerous hours with us going over options on the different vehicles we were interested in, as well as pricing/financing options available to us. There was zero pressure, 100% transparency in the process and price, and none of that typical old school car salesmen foolishness. The gentleman who worked on the financing part for the deal for us was super-efficient, friendly and thoughtful and got us a great rate with a local bank. I’m confident I got an excellent deal on my new car and the fabulous service we received throughout the process was just the icing on the cake. Excellent service. Lou was very respectful and want to make sure we were happy at all times. I was willing to make sure we get what we wanted and he did... it very gracefully.
Long story short, there's no point in negotiating here because somewhere in small writing it says the deal you make with a sales rep is dependent on credit... checks, which are normally done before any sort of negotiations but not here. So they will agree to what ever you want and then send you to the financial room where none of what you just talked about for an hour or so matters. My credit is good but they didn't even come close to what I was qualified for at USAA for an auto loan. After all that got sorted out and waiting over a week for them to replace the windshield I got to the dmv at the time the runner said she would be there and she was over an hour late. The van wasn't detailed at all, dust in all the cubbies and inside the center console, mold from maybe a spilled drink under the sliding console top, gunk on the bottom of the steering wheel and so on. Also it was a huge pain to get them to refund the deposit back to a credit card. Definitely would never do business with them again.
I had an excellent experience buying a used vehicle from Coastal Auto Center. My salesman, Lance Ward, arranged a test drive. I really liked the Nissan... Altima and found the " no surprise price" to be fair. Lance showed me the Carfax and told me about some recent repairs made to the car. There was no haggling involved and Lance gave me a very generous allowance for my trade. Linda, the friendly office manager, helped with the paperwork and I was out the door with my new car in a few hours. Hassle free and great people to deal with.
