I brought my 2019 Chevy Silverado TrialBoss in for

I brought my 2019 Chevy Silverado TrialBoss in for warranty service for a known transmission issue. Shifting the truck into reverse and drive causes the truck to clunk hard and lunge forward or backward depending what gear you're in. Also taking off from a light the trans appears to slip before engaging and making the truck make a jolting clunk before driving. I make all this aware to the Service manager and he instead brushed it off and asking me to pay $775 dollars to flush the transmission 3 times which sounds ridiculous I have to pay when my truck is under warranty. I eve n verified my truck have full drive train warranty. I will be seeking litigation as this is horrible customer service. I am also now part of a forum with other Silverado owners experiencing the same dealer horrors stories refusing to take accountability for an obvious faulty transmission which is fully documented and pursued by Class Action law suite.

My experience with Martin Chevrolet was pleasant, I got exactly what I wanted the staff was friendly and especially thanks to Gilbert in sales he was patient, kind and answered all of my questions, we definitely recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Martin Chevrolet! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. I am very grateful to my sales representative, Miguel. He was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, guiding me through every step of the purchasing process with patience and genuine care. Miguel took the time to understand my needs and preferences, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He was very friendly and not only assisted me, but looked out for me because it was my first time buying/leasing a new car. I also want to commend Mark Evangelides, the Chevrolet LA District Manager. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident. His kind demeanor and expertise made me feel confident in my choice. This dealership is not honoring their price on the website, they falsely advertising cheaper to make you go to the dealership when you go there they adding extra $5000 for aftermarket seats and window tint.

I wouldnt know what to do without martin chevrolet I

I wouldnt know what to do without martin chevrolet I wrote a horrible review thinking that it was the shop since it had to keep going back and forth when martin chevrolet did a different type of diagnostic and found the intake was bad but who would think a car woth 50,000 needed a new engine from a car I bought from carvana they put up with me and found out what was going on why the check engine light would go on and off and made sure silver rock the extended warranty took care of the problem they handled everything getting the engine from silver rock putting it in and making sure it ran great so if anybody read my last post I will apologize and I say nothing but good things about martin chevrolet if your lucky enough to bring your car to them you'll have a great experience

I’d been looking for an extra vehicle to bop around in

I’d been looking for an extra vehicle to bop around in for task and little Knick knack task. I finally found the truck I wanted so I reached out. Andy and Scott made it super easy. I got it all squared away from 100+ miles away. When I showed up Sunday morning, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 1 hour. Finance guy was efficient and the vehicle was as promised. Quick and easy.
