This dealership is a scam.
This dealership is a scam. You biggest focal point for advertisement is ?free oil changes for life? . But you fail to mention that they technically are not free. You require that money is spent via tire rotation or some other unnecessary form of service for every oil change appointment in order for the oil changes to be covered at no cost. Then you charge a ridiculous fee for the other services in order to compensate for the oil changes, so they?re not really free. It?s a bait and switch situation you guys have. You guy operate with little integrity. I will be sure to never purchase another vehicle from you all again.

I bought my car 6 years ago and I have used Hampton Chevrolet or a First Team dealer for every service appointment. They are always professional and helpful. Crystal is my service person and she always gets me in and out.

I don't recommend anyone use this dealership for anything. They replaced the transmission on our Equinox under warranty. We had to bring the vehicle back in immediately because the Blue Team left the battery cover off and the "brain" lying on top of the fan. The next day we notified it was leaking transmission fluid and made an appointment to bring it back. My husband had back surgery and was unable to drive, but they told us it was fine because we notified them right away. When we attempted to schedule the appointment when he was able to safely drive, they said that it was 2 days past the 90 day warranty on repairs so we would have to pay them to fix their error.
