I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hampton Chevrolet. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, and to diagnose an ongoing Wi-Fi/OnStar/“Emergency Calling” error in my vehicle. Despite having a scheduled appointment, the dealership was only able to complete the oil change and tire rotation. I was then informed that the inspection and diagnostic work would require an additional 4–5 hours because different technicians were needed. This raises the question of why the appointment was scheduled for all requested services if the necessary staff were not available. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the second time I have brought the vehicle in for the Emergency Calling error. During my first visit, I was told the system was functioning properly and that the issue was simply an OnStar error. That diagnosis was clearly incorrect, as the problem persists and required another visit. We purchased this vehicle brand new less than a year ago, and the level of customer service we have received has been consistently disappointing. More concerning than the unresolved vehicle issue is the apparent unwillingness of staff to listen to and address the primary concerns being raised by customers. Instead of feeling heard and supported, we have repeatedly left feeling dismissed. When purchasing a new vehicle, customers expect reliable service, accurate diagnostics, and respect for their time. Unfortunately, Hampton Chevrolet has fallen short in all three areas during our experiences.

The people are rude n don't do what they should do i asked for oil change it in including tire pressure n top off fluid n this isn't first time it hadn't been done n I always ask when I take it had to go back n have it done

This dealership is awesome! We have not, one complaint. They get us in and out, every time and they have made accommodations for, whenever we have needed them to.

They treat their customers like royalty when needing service. They make the service is completed either perfection. They only do what’s needed and don’t add in extra services to try to get a dollar.

I call they say they will get back to me tomorrow,3 days later they call. I had to go up there and make the guy wait on the phone with the insurance company. Otherwise he was gonna hang up and tell me he was gonna call me tomorrow.. I told him you stay on hold. I’ll stand right here.. The transmission was put in fast and seems to be working, but the guy at the desk needs to learn how to communicate with people if I’ve only made two car payments and the transmission goes out. I think I sit priority on the list if you want a five star rating.

This dealership has been the VERY worst dealer I have ever had to use, from the very first day i purchased it. They are complete rip offs. They say free oil changes, but then say you have to pay for tire rotation, which is $40. Doesnt sound free. I honestly hate this car and wish I would have driven further to purchase from another dealership. Now they want to charge me $200 to tell me I have leaves under my car and that MIGHT me the burning smell I smelt. What kind of diagnostic is that?????? Then every single time I bring it in they want extra items added and tell me if I don't then I wont have a warranty. This includes turning down a tire rotation. what does that have to do with my engine or transmission, etc. This place needs to be shut down. I will most definitely be reporting them to the BBB. They can't keep overcharging people and constantly threatening them. It is literally a fight every single time I have to deal with them.
