I was not really in the market for a new car. Tyler called me about my 12 Cruze that I purchased from Heritage and was so tenacious I went ahead in to see if I could upgrade my vehicle. They were very upfront about everything and I felt like my interest were priority. Tyler told me about each other cars I was considering and when I picked out my new Malibu he went over all the features with me. I didn't feel like a customer I felt like a friend. TYLER ROCKS!

I've bought two vehicles from Thomas Searson in the last two years. The first was a used 2006 Hummer H3 and the second was a new 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. Both experiences were great and when I requested that we just do business and expedite the processes, Thomas was up to the task. I just wanted to say that Keith Black is a very kind salesman. He made me feel very comfortable and at home, he didn't try to force anything on me when it came to buying my car. He also, made double sure that I was comfortable with the end price, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Alex also stepped into help out with insurance when Keith had to take a business call...the teamwork I saw was very nice. Tyler was also very nice as well, greeting us and congratulating me on my "new to me" car purchase. Tom O'Toole was super sweet and nice when it came time to sign the final paperwork.
