Service and Warranty

I purchased my New 2014 Ford Focus SE down south in nashville when i lived there, then moved back to chicago. I recently had an issue and my car died on the highway, had it towed to Ford, they said it was my Throttle Body that went bad. (Just wanted to say first i have no issues with the mechanics and service persons at Al Piemonte) So they ordered my part, but forgot to put it on the actual order so i have to wait another day....Normally I would be okay with that but I Run 2 companies and have several clients i have to now call of from going. Every day is precious to me due to working 10-12 hours a day or more. I asked them why this happened to my car they told me no outside source (weather, my driving) effected my Throttle Body and that it just went bad. When i originally bought my car my trans was delayed which i just thought that was the elec. Trans and didn't think anything of it since i've always driven older cars. Now i'm paying $550 to get something fixed that obviously had and issue straight from the manufacture and over time finally broke. Nothing about this situation makes me happy.... Once again im not bashing the service staff, as they are just doing their jobs, although forgetting to put my part on the order doesn't make me happy but we all make mistakes and forget things when we are in a rush. Thanks for the messed up car Ford!

Best Car Buying Experience of My Life!

I am a senior citizen who has purchased my share of automobiles in my lifetime, but I have to say without any doubt that the best car buying experience of my life came recently at Al Piemonte Ford. I was treated like a family member for sure. RJ, the General Manager Chuck, my salesman "Rocket", all worked together to get me the best deal I could ever imagine and never thought possible. Just one step into the dealership tells you that they really care about their customers, not just when they sell a car but long after the sale is complete. I would highly recommend the dealership to anybody in the market for a vehicle. You won't go wrong. This dealership is a gem.

The Best Car Buying Experience of My Life!

In over 40 years of purchasing automobiles, the best experience of my life came recently at Al Piemonte Ford. Everyone treated me like family and everyone went out of their way to get me the car I wanted and the deal I needed. It was incredible how customer service minded the dealership is. RJ got me financing I never thought possible to make this affordable for me. Manager Chuck Pezzuto and salesman Allan "Rocket" Todd worked with me every step of the way. I was truly very appreciative and I know you will be, too. This is uncommon service in a common world where I thought every dealership was the same. Wrong! This is one place you don't want to miss visiting the next time you are in the market for a vehicle.

The purchase of a 2009 Ford Flex

I have been using Al Piemonte Ford for years and the sales professional's are still at work there. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. My sales person was Hennery (Hank) who was informative and helpful. He guided me thru the process of the purchase and explained the process to me. the sales group also helped with a extended warranty and a remote start system. I wish to thank all of the people at Al Piemonte Ford for their help and service.

Spectacular Service!

Just purchased a new Ford Escape for our family car. Our salesperson was Hank Reyes. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He made our experience go extremely smooth! Definitely recommending him to our friends and family!!

Francisco Mercado and John Gomez

I just bought a new 2016 Fiesta ST from Al Piemonte Ford and the transaction went very smooth . Francisco Mercado was my salesman and made everything easy to understand . He explained all incentives and loan options available . The financing approval was also a breeze and quick . John Gomez the sales manager , went out of his way to help me locate the exact car I wanted . Both of these guys are there for the customer . They want to make the customer happy . Thanks to Francisco and John at Al Piemonte Ford .

New Car purchase

I bought a beautiful Escape in August and unfortunately totaled it 10 weeks later. Todd, Mort and the AP Ford team not only got me the exact same car, they got me a better deal with 0% financing. AP Ford...simply the best!

Excellent service!

From the very beginning, this dealership made it difficult to go anywhere else. They were quick to respond to my request and provided excellent options immediately without excessive back and forth. Thet provided an option to transfer a car from further than any other dealer would. When we closed the deal, it went quick and painlessly.
