The website offered a discounted price on the car, then when I called in to confirm the car was still available, I received the Internet salesman who put me with a new car salesman named Kris. He was excellent, very professional. He had the cars pulled up and ready to drive. The entire process was seamless & enjoyable.

I went into Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers just to look at
I went into Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers just to look at cars to determine what I wanted and planned to buy a car in July. My father and I were greeted out front by Gary Fuller who is the most awesome, transparent, and easy-going salesperson. I test drove a GLC 43 AMG and the GLC 350e and Gary was right - the GLC 350e was the way to go. Next thing I knew I was buying a car they had just put on the showroom floor that morning. The whole process was easy and seamless! Many thanks to Gary and to Bob (the finance person)!

Accommodating staff. Very well organized and helpful in all areas. My only complaint is that they won’t negotiate from advertised price and did not offer what I felt was a fair trade offer. At least they were professional and courteous
