Great experience from initial viewing through to purchase. Honest advice, no pressure, and a very easy transaction for both my trade in and purchase. Special thanks to Hunter the sales rep. I’ll certainly be a repeat customer.

Worst consignment sales experience imaginable.

Worst consignment sales experience imaginable. I’ve come to learn my nightmare experience with Park Place LTD is not unique, actually common. It started with them telling me how effective they are selling like collectable vehicles, having customers in the queue, etc. What followed was 1 month before my car was even photographed and listed, factless claims that there was work needed, loading on of unapproved repair expenses they’d already done (for issues caused by Park Place), and crickets - no reported sales inquiries. Then came suggestions with added expense to let them take my vehicle to out-of-state or on online auctions by other firms (with Park Place not reducing their fees, only added expense to me). A year and thousands of $s later, I made the decision to part ways with Park Place. Even that was painful!! My year long consignment period cost me several thousands, hours upon hours of followup, and after all this, they’d reported only 2 prospective buyers to me. Again, I’ve learned this poor and costly experience are not unique to me. My suggestion is for others to skip Park Place directly and Go somewhere else.

Suspect Maintenance/Service Expense Loading

Early 2022, I consigned a collectible car for sale with Park Place. They impressed upon me “we sell 70% of consigned inventory within 60 days”, and they confidently assured me to expect a similar result selling my car. Over a year plus, Park Place has reported 2 potential buyers for my car. Besides my car, based on observing other consigned cars sitting for far 60 days plus, and lack of activity (let along a buyer), I’m seriously questioning this 70% claim. More importantly, as I’ve learned myself and have since heard from multiple others, Park Place is well known for loading on repair, maintenance and other expenses onto consigned cars. At almost $400 an hour, besides a quarterly consignment fee, despite making it clear that outset that I’d likely address any repairs myself and/or with my own resources, end-of-term they claimed they’ve done almost $10K plus in repairs. None with my approval or advance awareness. Then they told me they’d purchased my car for my minimum acceptable price, less the $10K in maintenance they’ve claimed to have performed. When I attempted to object, they said I’d agreed to the min sales price and don’t have a choice

Dealer response

Mr./Ms. Smith, We appreciate your feedback, although we need help in identifying the car / situation to which you refer. We’re also not sure why this review was seemingly posted so long after the fact. It’s apparent that there was a high level of miscommunication, misunderstanding, or a combination thereof, as the complaint characterizes doing business in a way that doesn’t accurately describe our consignment process. In addition, it’s a false assumption (although arguably understandable) that we consign cars just to sell service work. The consignment staff simply sells cosmetic and mechanical services (receiving no commission) as a courtesy to our consignors in order to prep their consigned vehicle for acceptable Park Place Ltd. retail condition. Please feel free to reach out to us to discuss this matter as we all would surely prefer to have positive relations and regain your trust and business. - Ryan Vanderwel

Unprof sales

I called Re vehicle and had an emergency during the call. I expressed I would get back, if I was interested. This seller has made many calls to me. I got this text today: .. if I could return his call he would not waste his time or mine. I did not ask him to make repeat calls and do not owe him anything. Did he think he could bully me into return call during time of crisis.

They are the worst and have a terrible reputation here in washington. I guess that why they try to sell cars nationally. It starts at the top the owners are very shady

Do not buy from this dealer before physically seeing the

Do not buy from this dealer before physically seeing the car The experience of purchase, accurate representation of car's condition, and sense of care on part of the general manager were poor. I was provided with imagery and video footage of 2019 DB11 Volante.. With only "One" image pointing to a tiny chip at the rear of the car. When I received the car, transportation defect report, and upon visual inspection at delivery, there were in access of 18 chips throughout the body of the car that were covered with touch up paint. I contacted David with my surprise and disappointment. I was told it's used car with 10k on the clock. The matter was escalated to general manager, that never reached out to me! The point is not about number or existence of any blemishes, it's about "honest disclosure", rather than "misrepresentation for sake of a quick sale at full price". I had bought a 2015 Vanquish the week prior to this purchase from a non- Aston dealer. Totally different experience and accuracy in illustrating car condition. Expected more from an Aston Martin dealer.

Audi Fan Really Pleased with Park Place

Came here for my recent Audi purchase and let me tell you, this isn’t your typical auto dealer! They have such a cool and unique setup plus all the staff is amazing! My salesperson was knowledgeable and prepared for my visit. The car was really clean and when we had some downtime waiting for my wives stamp of approval we had a chance to walk around and check out all the unique inventory they have. Really really cool place. Check them out and buying was so easy. I love my new to me Audi!!! Thank you!!!
