Park Place LTD

This use to be a great dealership until about 2015. Then it seems there pricing started to be over the top. Look at 10 different vehicles they have. If you look on Autohunter, BAT and other auctions and midwest and east coast dealerships. Park Place is a solid 25% higher than all of them. They'll say you have to pay for transportation and auction house fees. Yes, you do. But I just moved a BMW Motorcycle from Ohio for $750.00 total. They said it would cost me $1500. Bought a completely refurbished 71 chev long box 4x4 that was new from bumper to bumper. Engine and transmission rebuilt by great garages with receipts. All original gauges, seats, radio and more. Paid $37K for it, with fees and transportation I had less than $40K in it. And the motor was spiced up with a nice cam and other horsepower raising parts. New brakes, wiring, tires and original bumpers rechromed. 1700 miles on rebuilt everything. Bought a 67 Ford Mustang fastback. Not a show car, but close. Motor rebuilt and more. Painted in 2019 and looks great. Both these vehicles would have cost me a minimum of 30K more from Park Place. And i had both of them gone through by a mechanic for $250 bucks. That i would do here also. Do your research before you spend your money foolishly. Great deals are coming thanks to Sleepy Joe.

Very courteous employees with an amazing selection of vehicles. Their inventory is constantly rotating due to their frequent sales. In the Bellevue area there is a high standard of quality expected for premium vehicles and they hit it.

Listing is confusing says 4 sp auto. Dealership’s description says 6spd Manuel. Emailed to ask for verification someone named Breski responded going to make this the best car buying experience ever, provides the same information that’s on the ad.

They have an incredibly overpriced 1957 Ford Thunderbird for sale. I sent an email to them asking why so costly -- if it is an "F" Bird, meaning one of the very few supercharged T-Birds, then OK, but if not, then why the high price? They did not even have the courtesy to respond. This is such a bogus poll -- the car in question was a 1957 Thunderbird, NOT a Lamborghini, as your poll says -- and it can't be changed, so why bother?

Troy Johnson has been calling me to co-sign my car and claimed that he would provide the best services whatever needed to help the process and help arrange anything needed. Sounded nice, right? Completely dishonest. Today I wrote him a text “ Hi Troy, how are you? Would your shop has some time to do an inspection report for my car? I could bring it in today.” He asked me to come in. As soon as we met, he immediately asked me to sign paperwork. When I told him I wanted to do an inspection first. He immediately switched and told me that he couldn’t do anything about that as it was a different department. He would only help if I signed to consign the car first. I showed him the text that I specifically asked for an inspection. Why he asked me to come in then? He started yielding at the bottom of his lunge that I disrespected him and asked me to “get the xxxx out of here. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He kept yielding for a while and asked me to leave immediately as I didn’t respect him.

McKay was great. He helped me through all the purchase steps. He sent me multiple videos to see the condition of the vehicle. He helped in the negotiations.

Please be aware this dealership is dishonest they are not a real Aston Martin dealership and sold me a car that cannot drive at all they shipped it to me to Brooklyn NY and do not answer calls or help out the service and experience was the worse than terrible !!

Ryan refunded my deposit and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone. Thank you Ryan for helping resolve the issue. I am very pleased with Ryan doing the right thing.

Better than average dealership, I have no problems with them. Their choice of used inventory appeals to me and that's all that I really care about.

I wish that I believed that the dealer cared as much about my satisfaction with the purchase as much as they're desire to sell the car. Also, it would have been nice to get a key that didn't fall apart when I use it...it would have been nice to get both keys. I should have walked away from this deal.
