Rich and Tyler Larson had a vehicle I was interested in. After scheduling an appointment to view the truck I decided to make them an offer. Based on how... Rich spoke to me during the negotiations I should’ve known better than to buy from someone of that caliber. One week after owning the truck the engine started knocking (horrible sound). A local shop took an oil sample for me and sent it in for testing. Come to find out the material in the engine was indeed metal and likely to be the breakdown of a main bearing. I politely approached Law Motors to see if we could negotiate a repair cost. Rich was very condescending and RUDE! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
Terrible deal head gasket went out in less than 100 miles all he said was sorry to hear that, not how can I help or anything. Not how you get repeat customers.
Purchased my dream car from them! Even drove from out of state and the car was mint like he promised. They even put me in a hotel for the night because... they didn’t want me driving home tired. Awesome people
Called them about a 99 mercury ban. I got it right away. They picked me up at my apartment. I walked in,looked it over and signed the papers
I put $2,000 in repairs to auto at a different dealership. Tires, plugs, fuel pump. One week later, I wanted to upgrade my 2011 van. That dealership offered... $1,000 trade in. They stated the tranny was going bad. Law motors determined it was in fact a electrical issue that caused the tranny issues. Rich beat them by $6,000 to boot price on a apples to apples deal. Law motors knew more about a dodge van then the Dodge dealership knew. My opinion is that I believe Rich values his reputation more then the almighty $$! Thank you Richard!
had some issues they originally didnt want to fix but ended up coming around and fixing the issue.. that was great but took some doing to get done
I bought a car from them and they told me that the tie rods had just been replaced that why it needs an alignment. found out last week from my mechanic... that the tie rods were gone and had to get them fixed now. will never buy a car from them again.
Purchased a 2004 Jeep Liberty from Law Motors in August 2014. Just three months later the transmission starting having troubles, went to Law Motors and... left car there for repair. Law Motors called me stating NO PROBLEMS with the car and to pick it up. Clearly the jeep had transmission problems, but Law Motors said they couldn't find anything and surprisingly the car ran great after I picked up it! Then seven months later the car dies in the middle of an intersection and the transmission goes out costing me $4000 to be replaced. It's very clear that Law Motors rigged my car to be temporarily fixed so they wouldn't be responsible for the vehicle. SHADY! Now I'm stuck with a car needing $4000 to be fixed I've owned for less than a year. I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN and am contact the Better Business Bureau.
They were very helpful, made me a good offer on my trade-in, very fair price on the vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately I went with another vehicle... at a more local dealership, but this would have been my next choice.
Bought a 98 dodge ram pickup, 4 wheel drive 1500!! Had the truck seven months , had to rebuild the rear end , it was supposed to have a rebuilt transmission... in it , in the shop to get it rebuilt again, a big diss appointment !!! I would never buy another from law motors again, did they check it out before they got it?? And they service vehicles?? Last place I would go!!!!
