I was very pleased with this car-buying experience....

I was very pleased with this car-buying experience. Daniel was very friendly and helpful during the process. The price was reasonable and they worked to get me good financing. Daniel even showed me how to work the many features of the car before I left. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks!

I have purchased many vehicles from Shelor and my experience, for the most part, has been positive. I'm a stickler for getting the right deal since I know I won't be able to enjoy a vehicle that I feel I could have paid less for. They usually provide the best value in the region.

I had a very awesome experience with Shelor. After exploring multiple dealerships they were the only place that was actually dedicated to not only assisting me in my purchase but making the experience pleasant, where the other dealers were only worried about the sale and had terrible customer service. I would definitely recommend Shelor to all of my friends searching for a vehicle.

Recall service

I didn't buy my car from Shelor but recently had some brake work done because of a safety recall. I was very pleased with the customer service and the work performed. The garage was clean , organized and easily assessible and the customer waiting area was very comfortable. Special shout out to Tony Parrish, service manager, who went above and beyond to answer all my questions about the recall as well as other questions I had about continued maintenance of my Prius. I would definitely visit their service department again and would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Andy really went beyond what I expected in a sales...

Andy really went beyond what I expected in a sales person. U arrived with an idea of the car I wanted but didn't have the credit needed. Andy took what I liked most about the car I wanted and found a slightly used car with everything I wanted. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I needed and One that i am completely satisfied with and love.

Tyler worked with me for almost a month, finding the perfect vehicle. He contacted me with vehicles he thought I would be interested in. He was friendly, honest, and was able to answer my questions. He and others behind the scenes I'm sure I did not meet worked to get me into the price range I needed. I have even heard from the dealer ship after words to make sure everything is good.

Adam Hankins was beyond excellent. I have been looking for a car for a while. I do not have the best credit so it was harder for me. Adam along with the financial manager helped me get a car I could be proud of. Adam was great. He did everything he could to ensure I left satisfied. I would recommend him to any one looking to purchase a new or used car. Since the purchase he has followed up to see how things are goin with the new car. I felt I could trust him and that's hard to find in a salesman. I will definitely go back to him in the future.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!

We are 8 days into trying to purchase a vehicle from this place!! I have never been put through such a dog and pony show in all my life purchasing vehicles!! We live 2 1/2 hours away from this dealership, and they tell lie after lie after lie!!! We went as far as contacting the finance company ourselves, and they could not believe we have been through something line this!! They said it was ridiculous!! Never, ever again will we purchase another vehicle from this place!!!! They've collected our down payment and made us put insurance on a vehicle we don't even have yet!!! They put our down payment through the bank that very evening, but yet here we sit with no vehicle!! Even the general manager of the Chevy dealership was as rude and crude as he could be!! How do you talk to a customer like that and get away with it is beyond me!! It's funny how they refuse to let you contact the owner of this place!! We bought a dodge ran 4x4 back in 2007 and had one of the best experiences, that's why we went back, but all it takes is one set of ppl to completely ruin it all!! Just beware!! They will smile and make you think that everything is great, but they are wolves in sheeps clothing without a doubt!!!! My next step is an attorney!!!!
