Worst experience ever!!!!!!!

We are 8 days into trying to purchase a vehicle from this place!! I have never been put through such a dog and pony show in all my life purchasing vehicles!! We live 2 1/2 hours away from this dealership, and they tell lie after lie after lie!!! We went as far as contacting the finance company ourselves, and they could not believe we have been through something line this!! They said it was ridiculous!! Never, ever again will we purchase another vehicle from this place!!!! They've collected our down payment and made us put insurance on a vehicle we don't even have yet!!! They put our down payment through the bank that very evening, but yet here we sit with no vehicle!! Even the general manager of the Chevy dealership was as rude and crude as he could be!! How do you talk to a customer like that and get away with it is beyond me!! It's funny how they refuse to let you contact the owner of this place!! We bought a dodge ran 4x4 back in 2007 and had one of the best experiences, that's why we went back, but all it takes is one set of ppl to completely ruin it all!! Just beware!! They will smile and make you think that everything is great, but they are wolves in sheeps clothing without a doubt!!!! My next step is an attorney!!!!

2014 Corolla First Time Buyer!

Had a wonderful experience buying my new 2014 corolla! Dedrick Taylor did a wonderful job and was extremely patient and understanding! Also was given a great deal! Would recommend Shelor and Dedrick to anyone looking to buy a car!

We were very satisfied! Roger Cole did a great job answering our question and allowed me to tell him what I wanted in a vehicle. He was not pushy and made sure we understood everything step by step. We have already highly recommended him to our friends and family. Pete in the finance dept also was very clear with the step by step paperwork. Our daughter has purchased 2 new vehicles there and recommended your car lots. So thanks for a good experience, And we feel sure if we have any issues with our vehicle that we will receive the same customer service. I felt extremely satisfied with the entire sales team. My neon started malfunctioning at 6:30 PM on Monday. I HAD to be at work on Tuesday at 5:30 AM. I called Shelor from the highway - after almost being hit by an 18-wheeler due to my car's malfunctioning. I spoke with Jackie who assured me that Shelor could help. I was able to be there by 7:20 PM. Jackie had several cars picked out that matched my criteria (budget, gas mileage, 4 doors, air conditioning). Daniel suggested the FIT which was PERFECT for my needs. The finance person stayed late to make sure I could make it to work the next day. I was able to test drive the car, arrange financing that night, and drive away. I was done by 9:30 PM. People stayed late to help me. AND I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE IT ALL!!! Since purchasing my vehicle, I have been contacted via email and phone several times to check about how the vehicle is doing. I have been assured of continued excellent customer service. In fact, I was supposed to return the title of the Neon to Shelor today, but have been sick with a virus the last 36 hours. Daniel is coming to my house to pick up the title for me. Talk about EXCELLENT customer service. I bought my Neon at Shelor's about 9 years ago. That experience was good. I bought my Honda Fit this week. That experience was beyond good - it was perfect. Thank you so much for all that your staff has done to take what was a horribly stressful night and turn it into something pleasant. I could not be more pleased with the service I received.

From our very first encounter with Mike, we were made to feel like we were important. All three of the employees mentioned went above and beyond to help us. The day we were there, the store had double it's usual sales, yet Mike still found time to call to check on us, and even come to the building we were in to make sure we were being taken care of. THAT is customer service. He needed not worry though, as Ben and Toni both bent over backwards to put us in a vehicle that we loved and could afford. I have bought cars from dealerships in the past but NEVER have I experienced the kind of care for customers that Shelor has. Without a doubt, no matter where I am in a few years when it is time to buy again, I WILL go back to Shelors for my next vehicle!

Shelor Motor Mile is a great place to purchase a car. The staff and environment is very professional. Richard Wirt was our salesperson and he was great! If you go to purchase a car, ask for Richard Wirt!

Patient and friendly

We were treated with respect by friendly salespeople and other staff. Buying a car takes a lot of time, and we never felt rushed by the people at Shelor, even though that meant multiple test drives. We even drove the same car several times.
