Shelor Motor Mile

I worked with Ryan and Bowie initially to fill out the loan application. Ryan helped me look at many cars (I am really picky and can be a big pain!!!!) until I picked out my favorite one. He was really great and I mean that. I feel like I paid a little too much but Ryan and Bowie both helped me by lowering the price, giving me a little more for my trade (which I ended up selling for more anyway) and lowering my interest rate as much as possible. If it weren't for them doing that, I probably wouldn't have bought the car I did. Thanks guys!! My experience was great and even though I continued to look around after finding the trailblazer, and feeling like I was still paying a little too much, it was my favorite car and Ryan really deserved the sale. He is the reason I bought my car from Shelor.

Skyleur was not pushy, and he did not waste my time trying to sell me something I did not want, he listened to what I wanted then found SUVs that fit my requirements and price range. The paper work and purchase was completed in one afternoon.

I was looking for a 'newer' vehicle. I looked at Shelor for a car. I was introduced to Sue through internet sales. I really liked working with her. Ryan helped on her days off. I had some issues with my 'past'. They did a great job being patient with me and finding a car that met my needs. Although some of the 'sales' tactics were not appreciated. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I had filled out the loan papers and really did not have an exact car in mind. When I showed up in the morning, I was introduced to Paul. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. I needed something that got great gas mileage, Paul found me several cars, I test drove 2 of them that I liked, I made a comment that I liked one but wish it was a hatchback. Paul stepped out for a few seconds and came back driving a blue hatchback that he would hope that I liked. He not only found the car I liked, but he found one with all the features that I wanted. I also have to give a a big thank you to Jackey Costas and Josh Roop. Jackey was very helpful and friendly, and Josh was helping me hone my decision to what vehicle I liked. I could not have asked for a better experience. The next time I buy a car I know where I am going to go and who I am going to ask for. Thank you Shelor.

The only criticism with my 3rd purchase from the Shelor Motor Mile is they severely low balled me on my low mileage (34,000) excellent shape 2002 corvette(well below book value). So I purchased their car anyway without trading and giving mine away.

Jason was a pleasure to work with. He took his time with us while we narrowed down our vehicle choices. We appreciated his patience and assistance.

I had a 2006 ford fusion and a lady ran into me and totaled it, i loved that car and i had planned on keeping it a long time. well we had decided to use the insurance money and pay cash so i didn't have a car payment. I started my car search and went to several dealerships looking at used cars and claude miles was recomended from one of my bosses friends where i work so i went to see claude and he showed us several vehicles and we test drove them and claude walked around in the cold rain that night trying to help us make a decision and he made us feel so welcome and at ease with no pressure. we told him we needed to sleep on it and look around a bit more because i just could not find a car that i loved so much as my ford fusion that was totaled. well the next evening we found a 2007 ford fusion at lynchburg mazda and we went to see it and the vehicle was not what the dealership had promised and they treated us so bad and made us feel about 2 inches tall and they were very disrespectful and unprofesinol so we backed out of the purchase and thats when we decided enough is enough and as we left going up the road we called claude and left a message that we wanted to get the toyota camry that we had looked at from claude because he had us feel so at ease and trustworthy. well after much more thinking i called claude to see if i could qualify for a 2012 ford fusion because thats what i really wanted and claude sold us that vehicle and i have never been happier. I have to tell you that the shelor motor mile is the only way to go and claude miles is one of the kindest and nicest salesman that i have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He made us feel like family and no pressure what so ever. In my opinion you are a very lucky business to have a man like this to be representing the shelor motor mile.thank you so much for all the wonderful service and a wonderful vehicle. :)

We had a very pleasant experience buying our car. Ryan was very helpful and didn't make us feel pressured. The selection of cars based on our desired specifications was excellent. His knowledge of what was on the lot was also very good (better than the computer).

Shelor is a great place to buy a used car.I have purchased two used cars from them.They try very had to get you a payment price that you want.The staff works hard to get your business.My salesman Ryan was great to work with.
