Shelor Motor Mile

I drive 45 minutes every 3 months just to get my oil changed at Shelor. They are the most polite people Ive ever done business with. They explain everything to me, and I never feel cheated. They apologized because it took 15 minutes longer than they said it would. The waiting area is clean and spacious. I will always drive 45 minutes to get work do to my van with them

Ryan East was very knowledgeable about the Chevy products in which we showed interest. We had lots of questions, and he answered them all. He demonstrated the new technology in the cars with which we were unfamiliar, and was very patient. There was no high pressure sales pitch at all. The paperwork for purchase was interminable, as usual, but we knew it would take a long time so we went prepared. We have purchased cars from Shelor for over 30 years, so obviously we are satisfied repeat customers.

The car was ready in less time than I was told . Everything went very well.

It was my understanding that the vehicle would include mudflaps and roof crossbars. Will this be resolved? Other than that I just wanted to say that everyone was very friendly and helpful and just wanted to make sure that I was paired up with the vehicle I could afford and could meet my needs. Elisa especially took the time and researched for the perfect match for me to by a vehicle from Shelor. If it wasn't for her I would have left upset and not have purchased a vehicle from Shelor.
