Shelor Motor Mile

The employees that I came in contact with were all very anxious to satisfy me. The only problem that I had was that I was in a hurry and it seemed to take too much time. The only problem that I may have seen was: I think that I was quoted a price of $129.95 for Nitrogen in my tires and I have been told that I can get it for $40.00 from my local tire dealer. I do not know if this is correct but am going to find out this week for sure. Thanks.

Brandon is a great sales rep. met my needs completely and helped me overcome a few obstacles. Great dealership with great service the best in Virginia . I'm making sure i go out of my way to find Brandon again on my next purchase due to his great insight on the company and how hard he worked to get me what i needed. Also for the managers there also great work i had a issue after my purchase and they sent a truck 90 miles with a loaner and a full tank of gas to make sure i didn't have any delays thanks again guys keep up the great work .

Service, price, and product were all quite good! The sales person had one year experience, so he has room to grow, but overall he did a fine job dealing with us on our purchase of a new vehicle. We have purchased our last several vehicles from Shelor and will most certainly give them first consideration on our next vehicle purchase!

I was very happy going to shelor select. The service is outstanding. It just took a long time. But its Ok because they matched me with a great vehicle for a great price. Super friendly customer service reps. I will be back there to buy again. The managers were very helpful as well.

We were pleased with the service we received when I wondered into the store.I can see us coming back in the future to purchase another vehicle when we decide we're in need of another one. The process and cost of the vehicle was what we were looking for and it upgraded our vehicle reliabity in the process.

I was impressed that the salesman Christian Neitzey did not pressure me into buying something I did not want. He was very helpful and polite and a very good person to work with. So was the one who wrote up the contract.I would recomend this dealership to my friends and family.
