The used car salesman could not convince me in a purchase

The used car salesman could not convince me in a purchase of a vehicle. The Service department advisor Brian Tulla was great at keeping up to date. There was one manager/advisor that was kinda patronizing. Also Gary, another advisor, was excellent and honest.

The service department specifically Zahid is amazing and

The service department specifically Zahid is amazing and the best service department I’ve ever encountered. And if I could just rate the service department it’d be 5 stars. The sales department is the worst I’ve ever experienced. From a terrible first buying experience to non responsive/don’t care sales reps even after putting down a deposit for a car. Service is amazing here; sales isn’t.

Zahid is awesome.

Zahid is awesome. There's a push for unnecessary services but understandable due to economy. I left a note to check rattling, but it was not checked as another appointment was necessary according to service.
